My wife and I went here to both get haircuts, and we both had a horrible experience. She wanted to style her hair, and showed the stylist a photo of how she wanted her hair. Then the stylist cut her hair completely different, and kept asking my wife how she was supposed to cut her hair. It seemed like this was the first time in her life that she cut anyones hair. Im far less picky, and I only wanted a trim. However, I ended up looking like Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber... The best part is when I went to pay, my stylist didnt even know how to type my information into the computer. After hammering on the keyboard like a monkey and misspelling my name and email address, I had to actually walk behind the counter and fix it for her... Im not sure how these people have even lasted this long at life, nevermind how they ever ended up getting hired to cut peoples hair. Youre better off asking a child to cut your hair, or doing it yourself in a mirror with your left hand.

I went there a few years ago and someone messed up my hair, so they gave me a card saying 20% off next color... I didnt want to go back anyways. Last weekend I figured I would give it another shot, CALLED AHEAD asked if I could still get the 20% off, they said yes. Got in there, they still said it was ok. They waited until AFTER they started my hair to say "oh actually sorry but we cant"... Uhhh what? And on top of that my roots came out orange while the rest of my hair is blonde.... NEVER GOING BACK

Went there a few years ago to get a hair cut and highlight. I had a clear picture of the haircut with front, side and back views. The highlights came out nice but the stylist who I learned while she was cutting my hair had just graduated from beauty school like 2 weeks prior completely butchered my hair. After paying full price, I had to go to another salon the next day and get it fixed. I will NEVER go here again.

Brought my 3 year old son for a hair cut an older women I believe named Peggy cut his hair, it was awful. She completely butchered his hair, Id understand if he didnt sit still but my little guy didnt move at all. She then attempted to "spike" his hair Im assuming to hide how bad the hair cut actually was. Unfortunately I had also brought my 2 years old daughter so I couldnt watch the hair dressers every move.

Hated this place. I had a terrible haircut today. Avoid Vanessa. She cut my hair very short without checking with me before and asks me what style she should do. She literally spend less than 5 mins on my haircut. She is a big mess. Didnt even blow dry my hair. Worst experience.

Absolutely zero customer service! I had a really bad experience and not just bad results but I had to wait for 1/2 hour because the hair dressers kept taking care of each others hair needs rather than customers!!!

Horrible salon! Never will go back again. Very rude hairdressers and bad judgement about hair. Please save yourself a trip and dont get a haircut even if they offer you for free.
