These guys are great. First Daryl came out to my house for an estimate. He then walked me through what they would be doing. I told him I was shopping around and he totally understood. No pressure at all. After shopping around I chose Service Stars for a few reasons: they treated me with respect, they were clean and really seemed to like what they do, a friend had reccommende them, plus they were the lowest price. When they came to install, very professional, all dressed neatly - they even have US flags on their shirts. The installation was done very well and to my satisfaction, they even vacuumed up afterwards. I told one of the guys "thats OK I can do it" his response was "not leaving until I clean it up". Very happy with their work and will definitely reccommend them

Service Stars were great! I am a long time customer. I had a home renovation project for them where the house had been empty for 3 years. We did not know where to begin. These guys can think on their feet and dont need much direction. They came right in and helped us manage the critical parts of the project. You can always find someone to do small jobs but it is really hard to find a company that can do it all, heating, electric, airconditioning, plumbing and coordinate it completely. The Johnson brothers did most of the work and we are extremely satisfied. I would recommend this company without reservation for small and big jobs!!! Well done!!!

Friendly, professional service. Ive used this company for 6 years for everything from electrical work, installing a generator, etc. to HVAC work. Every person who has come out to the house has been very professional. They explain things well and follow-through to make sure the job is done right. Ive had them come out to do repairs on an emergency basis and they show-up Saturdays, Sundays, etc. - whatever it takes they seem to take pride in doing things the right way. Id highly recommend this company.

We just signed up for both a heating and A/C service contract, so were new to Service Stars and hopeful for a good experience. We had to pay $200 for a routine service of our oil burner as they would not include this service until we had paid for the majority of our new 12 month heating membership (they charge a monthly fee). That was disappointing but we decided to give them a try. They were able to schedule the routine service in about a week of our call and Dave was professional and polite.

Kyle, Jeremy, and Marisa couldnt have been nicer and more professional during our ductless mini-split setup. They answered all of our questions and were very thoughtful of our needs. The product is top of the line. They also kept true to their word on the installation day we scheduled (even though it was pouring rain). We are very happy with Service Stars and would highly highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a job well done at an affordable price.

I called Service Stars last month because my boiler was on the fritz. Marisa was very helpful and accommodating in getting a technician to my home that day. Darryl and Frank showed up on time and were very professional. They explained to me what was wrong and how much it would cost up front. They were very knowledgable. My wife and kids were extremely happy to have heat that night. I would highly recommend Service Stars! Great overall experience!

What a great company! Power suddenly went out around 8:30 this morning, called Service Stars, they had 2 technicians, Justin and Darryl, at my house by 9:40. Very professional, they let me know exactly what was wrong, the cost and options to repair. The had it all fixed in a couple of hours. So happy I called them! Seriously wish I could give 10 stars!

Half of the plugs in my kitchen were not working. One of their technicians came out to my home. Jose was very professional, informative, and helpful. He explained to me that when one of the GFCIs goes bad, all of the other plugs connected to it on the same circuit will not work. I highly recommend these guys if you need a regular electrician.

I called up Service Stars and was able to get a boiler tune up within a week. The technician came out and was able to fix all of the issues that I was having including getting the right air/fuel mixture to have the boiler output clean smoke. Highly recommend using them for any heating services.
