So I had Sam came in for an estimate, everything sounded good, and I was ready to hire him to do the job. I called him a week later, someone else answered the phone and said he will give me a call back. On the same day, Sam called me back and I said Id like him to do the job and asked him what he needs from me in order to proceed. He said over the phone that he will email me the details about where I need to send the deposit check, and the amount, etc. so I gave him my email address over the phone. I waited a week, and didnt receive anything, I called his number, its always an old lady that picks up the phone, no professional greeting, just a hello in an annoyed tone. I made sure that its the correct number that I dialed and asked for Sam, she asked me what is it regarding, so I briefly explained my situation, saying Sam was going to email me more information about what I need to do next, and she said Sam will give me a call back. And then another week past, still no call, no email, I was so confused if he is still interested in the job or not so I thought maybe check with him again before searching for a different electrician. Again the same lady answered the phone in a very annoyed voice, and I said Im still waiting to hear from Sam and I dont know if hes still willing to take this job, and she just yelled he will call you and hang up on me while I was still talking. Very rude. I also tried to send him an email to the email address he has on his business card, but it came back and say that the email doesnt exist. My experience with this company left me very confused, and I still dont know what went wrong. Are they too busy to take this job? They quoted me too low? I think a simple call telling me whats going on would help, not just Sam will call you and then leave you hanging for weeks.

Sam is honest, personable and reasonable. His crews always reflect the same professional approach as the owner. Highly recommend Frank Electric after having used these electricians at least four times for different projects, including restoration of power after a storm damaged trees and broke the service from the pole into the house. Their work is A-1.

Horrible service and horrible person running the place, unreliable and never available. I brought a lamp there to get rewired and they broke it. Then tried to return it to me saying that it was broken when I brought it in. I had to argue with them to get them to fix it. Im still waiting for it 5 months later....avoid this business at all cost...

Had them install a new breaker last summer. The guys were AMAZING! so sweet, so nice, and professional. They checked every detail. They even cleaned up, no a spot of dirt left. My family has used them since they moved in this country (28yrs). Highly recommended!

Dave arrived about 1 hour after I called with a problem. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and I will definitely call them again. Very reasonable rates too.
