Today was my first day at this restaurant chain and I have got to say.. It far surpassed my expectations that I had already for it. The meals were affordable and the customer service was top notch. I was really impressed. I made sure to tell them about my experience on the way out as well.

Went there with a big group of people and the manager asked for our orders before we got to the register to expedite the process. As well as take other customers before us so they wouldnt have to wait. Very professional and courteous. Well done . Great people, great food.

Chick-fil-A offers the best chicken sandwiches. My favorite is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with Polynesian sauce. But what makes them stand out among all fast food chains is their courteous staff and superior service. Reasonable prices as well.

Steve, his wife, and the crew really operate a great establishment. The restaurant is clean....food taste great and is consistently delivered at the correct temperature. When there is an issue just make management aware and things will be corrected.

Very polite service. Ben at the counter was both funny and professional, a hard combination to nail. Decent food given the speed of service and how busy they were. All in all a better than average fast food experience. Thanks again Ben!

It was our first time there and i had to send our sandwiches back. The chicken was cold so cold my cheese didnt melt. They brought them back out and they werent much better. The cashier was great other than that a complete disappoibetter.

Finally went here. Had a Chick-fil-A sandwich. It was good. Just chicken on a bun with a pickel. Hold the pickel. We dont eat pickels on chicken, only on burgers!! They cook the chicken in peanut oil so if you are alerject, beware.

This is where customer service was born. When I come here I can always count on the staff to cheer me up with their kindness. Only thing I would like for is them to fix is their soggy fries. They are always soggy and luke warm.

Really nice staff, clean restaurant & no waiting lines. I ordered a sweet tea, expecting it to be Texas Style but it just wasnt sweet enough. Other than that, this location is amazing, the good is amazing & so are the people!

If your avoiding this place bc of certain political reasons...your missing out. The food is too damn good. And the service at this one is better than any of the traditional sit down restaurants in the area by a lot.

This is the best fast food service youll come across in all of CT. The food is great and there is a play area that is decently clean. There are sanitary wipes available at the entrance to sound-proofed play area.

Pretty good fast food chicken joint. Not quite as good as Popeyes but much better than the other chains. The only downside is they are closed on Sundays for some reason(Nothing around here is closed on Sunday).

Great food service is just too slow must be because there are a lot of pot heads in Enfield who have the munchies and I notice a lot of black people eating there buts thats because there is chicken

The food is delicious, fresh, and real. Ive never been disappointed yet. The customer service isnt perfect; it depends who you get. But as far as fast food restaurants go, 5 stars!
