This is by far the worst service I have ever received. My father passed away and me and my siblings decided to bury him in a favorite suit of his. The suit needed to be dry cleaned and had an odor to it and a small stain. I recently moved to Enfield and thought about bringing the suit here as this place was closest to my house. I dropped the suit off early and the lady promised me the suit in three days. Three days later, my mother went to pick up the suit along with the ticket. To my my mothers horror, the lady threw the suit on the floor like it was a piece of garbage the day I dropped it off and has been there for three days never even bothering to send it out. My mother was horrified and very upset and his funeral is in two days and the suit is due to the funeral home the next day. The lady said sorry and that shell have the suit ready in three days. My mother flipped and said no this suit is for her husbands, my fathers, funeral! The lady showed no remorse and said she can press it, but she HAS to charge something and wanted to charge my mother $12. My mother paid for it and when I found out I was very upset especially with the thought of my father being buried in a suit that has a stain and an odor and he didnt deserve that. I called and demanded a refund and to speak to a manager. The lady said she can;t offer a refund and I argued they shouldve pressed it for free after the horrible service my family received. At that moment the lady hung up on me. I This really hurt me alot and I went into tears and so did my mother and siblings. That lady knew this was for a funeral and she had the nerve to treat us like this? No, dont ever take anything here again. Im gonna start using my old cleaners in Manchester and is worth the drive. I regret to this day ever bringing my fathers suit here.

Their hours & location are the only positive attributes. Store smells of body ordor, all skirts are attached to the hangers with large safety pins which ruin the material in most cases, the computers are often down and so you cant prepay; and lastly items arent always ready by the day promised. I will be returning to my other dry cleaner despite the distance from my office.

I have only had positive experiences at Valet Cleaners. The employees have always been attentive. The computers have always been in working order and my clothes ready when expected. I am very sensitive to smell and the dry cleaners always smelled like chemicals used in dry cleaning. My clothing always looked professionally cleaned.
