Very disappointed with the recent service I experienced here. I brought them a brand new dress (that I have yet to wear) that had a pen mark on the front. He told me hed be careful not to press too hard on the fabric, because the nature of the fabric could cause the color to come out. Well, the ink spot came out but above it there was some kind of white mark in the fabric. It was creased in pressed up and wrinkled in that area. On Friday I was told to leave the the dress and they would look into it, and would call me Monday. I called back Tuesday after not hearing from the cleaners. I was left a note stating that it was a stress in the fabric and it was nothing that they could have caused and I should return it to where it was purchased from. Interesting since I have a picture of my dress before dropping it off that didnt have a white mark on it. I wasnt offered my money back or an apology. They lost a customer and my respect.

Ive been coming here for years. The employees know me by name and its always a quick trip in & out. Everyone is very friendly. Although the prices are on the higher end, Ive wasted money going to another cleaners in town just to have Riverdale redo the work. Just save yourself the time & money and come straight here - you get what you pay for.

My husband went in this morning to pick up his dry cleaning and saw a worker with clothes in his arms smoking a cigarette. My husbands "freshly laundered" shirts reaked of cigarette smoke too. Weve also had issues in the past with being over charged for items. We will not be going there again.
