Ive never had a worse experience in my life. She started off to be so nice and so loving. I went there for my bridesmaid dress after being referred by a co-worker. Also I have referred my best friend to get her wedding dress altered there as well. Neither one had a bad experience. So I brought my bridesmaid dress there just to put straps on it and a possible hem and taken in. Long story short the dress was not required to be hemmed or taken in. Just the straps need to be put on. Florence never changed the ticket from the original request before she told me that there was no need to take in or hem the dress. And because she never changed the ticket she tried to charge me for doing straps hemming a dress and taking in a dress that she did not do. All that was done to my dress was that straps were put on. I was so upset when I try to explain to her that she didnt change the ticket and I apologize however I was only trying to pay for the service that was done. Neither She nor her husband believed me when I told them all was done was the straps and when I asked her to produce the fabric since she claimed she cut my dress she could not show me the fabric that was cut from my dress, and the reason why she couldnt show me the fabric was because she never actually cut the dress at all. I ended up paying $85 for a dress that straps were sewn into because I didnt have a choice the wedding was a week away and I couldnt let them hold my bridesmaid dress hostage. The straps being put on was definitely Something I could have done at my home. The worst part of it all is that when I actually went to the wedding as a bridesmaid these straps were not tight they constantly fell down it was really disgusting. Which even made this whole event worse. And thats honestly why I am writing this review because I want people to know that despite the fact that they clearly took advantage of me they also did a horrible job. I will never go back to this place and I urge everyone to heed my warning that if you do go to see her make sure whatever she is doing to your dress is put on that ticket and if she doesnt do something make sure she crosses it off otherwise she doesnt care what the dress looks like all that matters is what is on that ticket. Buyer beware consumer beware. Very fake people as I said she was so nice but the moment I questioned her respectfully about the fact that the dress was not taken in or hemmed, her and her husband proceeded to get in my face and argue with me at the top of their lungs. Even after she realized that she did not take in the dress she still wouldnt admit that she did not hem it. In my opinion the moment that she realized that she did not taking the dress clearly show that I was being honest by telling her she did not shorten the dress nor did she take it in the only thing she did was put the straps on it and charged me $85. I have never been treated this way for anyone in my life. And I have worked in customer service over 15 years. I would never treat anyone like that at all. Shame on her and her husband because her husband was never there when I was there and also shame on her for taking advantage of me. I will never return there and if you choose to go there I would tell you to be careful because she will charge you whatever she feels like she can

Ive taken almost all of my work pants and dresses to Florence to alter. Most recently I took my wedding dress to her. The place I bought it from quotes me $600 to $800 to alter it. Florence did an amazing job and charged me a fraction of the cost. Cost aside she and her family are welcoming, professional and extremely sweet. You dont feel like a customer. You feel like family. In fact my soon to be sister in law took her almost 1 year old with her to get her bridesmaid dress altered. Sal entertained the baby and has asked about him every time weve been back! Such professional sweethearts! I highly recommend Country Cleaners for alterations and any of your cleaning needs!

Went there on reccomendation from a friend. Needed my pants hemmed and my suit cleaned for a wedding on short notice. Not only was it done sooner than expected they were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend them. Thank you Florence.

I travel a lot for business and its a real convenience when I can stop at a dry cleaners who is family owned and operated that is professional and proficient. I would recommend country cleaners to anyone.
