Unreliable! I brought a pair of my military dress pants in on a Saturday that needed to be hemmed and done by Thursday. I went to pick them up and they were not finished, and the older man at the counter told me the seamstress didnt get to them and did not even apologize. I didnt even get a courtesy call stating they wouldnt be done on time. I told him I would not be paying for them when I came to pick them up and he said okay. I went back the next Monday to pick them up and he tried to charge me! When I said that I wasnt paying for them he brought them to the back and said they will be put into storage until I decide to pay. He got the manager and the manager apologized and offered to give me a discount. I explained to her that the military is not a joke and I know have to stand extra duty because of their mistake. She still made me pay! When I went on their website after I got home, I realized the price she made me pay was the monthly special price for pant hemming!! I would never go to them again, not only are they unreliable, they are pricey as well. Do not go here if you need work done on time.

They always amaze me with the quality of work. Dry clean, shirts, alterations, everything comes out great…they came highly recommended by my neighbor and they fully live up to that recommendation. They have a great location in town and a very easy in and out.

Was staying in New Haven for a VIP meeting and needed a last-minute repair on my suit...had it dropped off in the morning and returned in the afternoon. Jacket sleeve was as good as new. Cleaned and pressed too. You saved the day! Thanks!

Put more stains on my girlfriends uniform,then made her late to clean up their mess for thirty dollars! Very non professional staff and owner took no interest in complaint,very sad,!
