I went to Nancy and she did a great job the first time she cut my hair . 2nd time I went back to get the same cut and she told me "you cant get the same cut every time"... after trying to guide her I left w half a head of shredded locks! She destroyed my hair! Used the shearing scissors in the middle of the back of my head! After I left I was depressed for days. I called back to ask if they could fix it and they did try by giving me to a more experienced hair dresser. He was better, not great, but it looked ok. After a mild mix up with their responce to the issue I was told that if I was unhappy this "wasnt the salon for me"... Needless to say I called by mistake today and they must have notes on each client bc I was told they would " call me back" for an appointment. Hilarious! ! I went to Gavali, Brianna did a great color job!. Forget this place they are arrogant and couldnt care less obviously believe people are disposable. I was new to Fairfield from NYC so they missed out on new business for years!

By far the best haircut Ive had since traveling to NY. The staff is real friendly. Ample street parking. They dont compete with each other for customer business so that youre free to choose another stylists if it fits into your busy schedule better on your next visit. I have straight hair and was given a really nice angled cut. Received so many compliments at my place of employment.

Horrible place. Parking is tiny and hard to find otherwise, Thr place is way too expensive, they took advantage of an international student who did not know the price of his cut before they charged his credit card 45$, for just a tiny trim. Give your money to somewhere else, the Hair Company is much better.

Awesome place! I have coming to hair for 12 years and it was the first and only place I have ever colored my hair. Adam, Krystal and Nancy are all fantastic and do great color and cuts. Fair and reasonable prices for Fairfield County area.

I have been going here for decades. They are open on Sundays which is very convenient when youre working during the week. My favorite stylists are Timara and Kate but they are all excellent!

Amazing service, prices, and staff. Staff listens and gets it right. They also have online appointment scheduling which I love! For hi-lights, color, and cut I spend about $200.
