We walked in around 7:50 pm, and were greeted with "we are closed" by a young lady with pink hair sweeping the floor. She never asked what services we needed nor seemed to care why we walked in the door. When I told her what we needed, she reluctantly said, ok- stay, but we left. Why stay when it is obvious that they dont want you there? I am shocked. I am from Texas and when a person goes into a business in Texas which says it is open, the employees greet you and want to help you. At this location, I am very surprised that it is still open. Why say the closing time is at 9 pm, when it really is 8 pm, or is it at the whim of the employees when they decide to stop working.

Ive been using the SuperCuts franchise for the past 16 years(several in 4 states). I tried this particular branch due to proximity to my new home and other stores. Every time I relocate to a new town, I always instruct them according to the particulars of my hair - coarse and thick, Asian hair! It may take several visits to find a stylist that I like, but then return to the same one each and every time. This guarantees you fairly consistent cuts. Ive only had 3 bad cuts, because it was usually too short and stuck out. Ive found another stylist that knows what shes doing - Lynette

They should change their posted hours. They stop accepting customers 45 min to an hour before they close. Wasted my time on several occasions. If you want to stop accepting customers at a certain time, then THAT should be your close time. Dont put OPEN on the sign, when all your really doing is sweeping the floor and chatting with your friends for an hour.

Bad experience with my son. When the in for a fade and then was told that they do not shape the edges sideburns nor the peak at the top of his forehead. Will never got there again. $16.00 for a 4 min. Haircut on a 9 year old.

Horrible service and stylists kept stopping to chat with friends who stopped by. No matter how many people were in the queue all new customers were given a 25-30 minute wait- actual wait time was well over an hour

Hair cut supposed to be done slowly, but in here ( generally any supercuts ) they do it faster especially mens haircut. So far no bad experience at this center.

although this isnt some extremely fancy place to get your hair cut, it is affordable, and they do a great job. they also are very good at waxing too.
