They have a nice selection and usually pretty friendly. I recently called about lipstick that is gluten free...if its available in their store as it is online. The lady said I dont know. Then paused....crickets. So i said is there a way to check? She said she had customers waiting. Then I pause...crickets...arent I a customer too? Just wasnt helpful. She could have suggested that i hold and that shed be ready to help after she rings up her next customer for example. Or asked for help. I am assuming its a training issue or I caught her on an off moment. We all have those. But it wont get fixed if they dont know. Just didnt leave me feeling very good about them.
