I went to Beauty gate about a week ago to get a pedicure with my mother. My husband gave me a very generous first card for our anniversary so we went there instead of our normal place. After we got our pedicures we sat for quite a long time drying our toes and we began to put our shoes back on. The woman who did our nails cornered us telling us we needed to put on flip flops and stood in our way until we agreed. Mind you...it was snowing outside. And the ground was soaking wet. I still had $80 on my gift card and decided to book a couples massage for Valentines Day. I booked two thirty minute Relaxation massages which were $40 a piece. Perfect. Even when we were inside one of the women even said "you just want relaxation massage yes?" And we confirmed that that is what we wanted. We get our massages which seemed to take a little longer than they should have but the woman doing my husbands was pregnant so we thought she was moving slowly because she couldnt move as quickly. We go to pay assuming it was $80 and they tell us its a total of $130! They gave us two 1 hour Swedish massages. I told her she was wrong to do that and she just said it was a misunderstanding and we needed to pay. Thank you so much for ruining our Valentines Day. Enjoy your extra fifty bucks.

I wanted to start off by saying that I have been a long time client of Beauty Gate Salon & Day Spa (over 12 years now). Throughout the years I had massages, different facials, and eyebrows done. They do the most amazing job and have a very professional staff that go above and beyond to make sure that the client is happy... and believe me Im one happy client! Not only do my siblings come here, I now started bringing my toddler for her haircuts. When my toddler had her first haircut they made her feel so comfortable and took their time with her that she now loves going here when its time for her haircuts:) I would highly recommend this Salon, I give them 5 stars for being so professional and having such great staff!!

I had gone to Beauty Gate Salon when I was younger with my Aunt for a spa day as a birthday present. I just recently went there to get my eyebrows waxed and had a wonderful experience. Im usually nervous going somewhere new and was nervous driving there. But my nerves were eased as I met the woman who was waxing my eyebrows. I wish I knew her name. She was friendly, nice, kind, and did a great job. This is the only place I will be going for my eyebrows from now on! Will have to try out other services offered!

I have never written a review on-line before, but I have to take a moment to tell of the wonderful Spa Day experience I had at Beauty Gate. My daughter and I wanted a spa day together, and we were only available on a Sunday. They opened the spa for the day just for us, and gave us the most undivided, personal attention. We had the most wonderful relaxing day together. My daughter felt so special afterwards, she still hasnt stopped talking about it.

I have been coming here for about 4 years and I just love it! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the environment is very clean and relaxing. Leta does my hair and always does a great job. She will always do what I ask but most of the time I just let her experiment a little with the color and cut. I have NEVER been disappointed! I always look and feel great when Im done! I highly recommend this salon!

Love it!! The staff here are so friendly and make you feel beyond comfortable. I went here for my eyebrows (which were a mess) and now they look better than I ever couldve imagined! I cannot recommend this place enough! I also had a massage here and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and the atmosphere of the salon is great also!! I will definitely being going back!!

Went to just get Shellac polish, the manicurist had me there for an hour: changed my nail Polish, put lotion on my hands and charged me $32. The shellac its only supposed to last me for 5-7 days or so and advertisement says 14 days. Never again.

I love this place! I saw Leta. She does an amazing job with color and hair cuts. Leta and the additional professionals there are very friendly. It is a very clean spa, I would definitely recommend going there!

Super relaxing. Best Swedish massage Ive ever had. Person giving massage was knowledgeable and well trained. Reasonably priced. Extremely clean and pleasant environment. Would recommend to everyone!
