So I got a haircut yesterday and I have short hair as it is. I mean if to much is cut off the hole thing will look horrible. I waited an hour to get a haircut and then the man who came in after me got cut first. I finally got called and told the lady what I wanted I asked which cut would be better for my hair right now and she said ya ya okay and chose the shorter one. Then she starts shaving my head the wrong way and takes the hair on top of my head and starts randomly chopping it off. I was horrified I couldnt believe she did that I wanted to cry my hair was so uneven and untextured it looked like a cat attacked me. She moved the parting of my hair to the other side of my head and said ya ya it looks good. If you know that you cant cut hair the way someone wants it cut just say so instead of taking a wild guess and seeing what happens. I wouldnt have been offended or hurt if she did that but instead never bothered to tell me. She was rude and illtrained at what she does and now I have to go to a professional hair salon to get it fixed and if they cant, shave my hair off. I have never been so embarassed to be in public. And now have to waste more money on another haircut when it could have been right the first time.

Workers are rude. The women cutting my hair (she has long curly hair and is stationed in the back right of the building) was more focused on everything going around her than actually doing her job. The hair cut was terrible and I had to ask her to clean it up several times. I wont step foot in that place again and Ill make sure others dont as well.

I waited for an hour to get a haircut, after 3 people walked in after me and and got a haircut before me I asked why I wasnt up yet, they said 3 people were ahead of me.... There wasnt even 3 people waiting. Are you serious? DO NOT GO HERE your just wasting your time

Rude Rude Rude "greeting" as I walked in. I actually never even said a word, just walked out. Orange/Red-Haired lady is apparently in the customer-prevention department. Sorry to deny the stylists some good conversation and great tip for my simple haircut.

Loved Sunday hours. Waited 5 minutes (dont know how busy they usually are) before getting into a chair without an appointment. The stylist was very friendly and interested in my input. I got a good haircut for a good price.

Not your Mom and Dads laundromat with tacky plastic chairs or wood benches. Tastefully decorated with wicker, comfortable sofas and carpet in the sitting area. Yet the price is comparable to other laundromats in Hamden.

$15 adult haircut is a bit steep, but no issues. Quick and as expected, many chairs and little wait.
