Theyve got customer service "locked" in! I have been using West Hartford Lock for our business for years. These last two weeks, though, Ive had to call them three times (two standard calls and one emergency call). Kathy is super nice and really helpful. She scheduled me as soon as possible and really made sure we were put at ease. Chris, the locksmith, is a true champion amongst men. ;-) He knows his stuff! He handled the diverse situations we threw at him with ease and fixed, corrected, and installed his way right into a five star review. Thanks for such great (and continued) service over the years!

This is the place to go if you dont want any hassle with your keys working. Believe me the difference between going to Home Depot or others is VAST. Pay the difference for peace of mind. Theyve been around for a long time. They repaired an ancient front door lock and found keys for an old dresser. I go to them now exclusively.
