Our company has used Northeast Security for business alarm, sprinkler monitoring and our personal residence alarms for over ten years. They are helpful and responsive whether we call for service or an equipment issue (not there there are many of either!) The staff, both internal and external, is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely glad to have them as a business resource so I can can have my focus elsewhere.

When we needed help with replacing the locks on a building we started leasing, they were not only very responsive, but they came out the same day and did a security consultation for us on the whole space! We found out through David there were a bunch of items we needed to bring up to code and he took care for them for us right then and there! They are the best!
