I ordered a piece of double pane replacement glass from Royal Group in Rutland last Monday morning. When I asked how long it would take they said usually under 10 working days. I thought that was reasonable. I got a call on Friday morning of the same week, saying the glass had arrived and I could pick it up anytime. Just 4 days was far beyond my expectations. When I went in on Friday afternoon the gentleman at the counter was incredibly courteous (wish I had noticed his name) as was a gentleman "down back" who loaded me up and made sure it would travel well to get there in one piece. Glass shop humor - but good! Even the price was lower than I expected! Thank you Royal Group. This was my first visit to Royal since I was formerly a countryside glass customer and had not yet discovered Royal, I am really happy to know there is a great glass shop right here in Rutland that delivers the best customer service.

The whole experience was great working with Royal Group. I like having a local company as our provider so if we end up having any problems, they can physically come to our house to make it right; unlike an online company. Royal Group has been around for many years and are a company your can trust. Thank you to everyone! No regrets here.
