Ive worked for this company before. They try to milk you for all of your hard earned dollars. Youd think theyre all about the customer but its "whos willing to pay up". $60 just to show up if youre locked out of your car. It may even take 45-90 minutes just to get to you if the "techs" decide to take a pit stop & sit for a bit at a fast food joint. Maybe some drug tests should be in order. Need a lock fixed? $45 an hour, so theyll recommend a lock that youll have to switch keys for, at the same if not more cost. Remote head keys or remotes for your car? Itll be 50% more than the cost if the key, plus the programming which basically should be included, not skyrocket the price. Susan & Marylin sound nice on the phone, anyone could sweet talk a customer, but once that phone is hung up I myself, wanted to walk out because of all the trash talking, towards the customer and myself. Its an uncomfortable environment to work at or to go to for service. No guarantee youll be in and out. Theres plenty more to point out lets just say, avoid this company. This is what happens when its family/Jewish owned.

Thank you again Suffolk County Lock Smith! This company has done work for me for many years. I use the company for my personal home as well as for my business. I am a real estate agent and I refer them to all my clients. I have never had one complaint. Recently one of their technicians John installed a combination lock on my basement door. The lock looks great and I recommend this lock to anyone who has young children. My 18 month old and 4 year old sons keep trying to get into the unfinished basement. This is the only lock my sons have not been able to master and open. The office staff is always polite and professional. I greatly appreciate their service and commitment to getting the job done right. When it comes to the safety of your home you dont want to use just any old company. I trust Suffolk County Lock Smith to do the job right!

Had to use a locksmith for the first time couple of months ago, my neighbor told me I was ripped of by a scammer when I told her a story of my experience. Tried to find closest locksmith shop and used Suffolk County Locksmith! Found out that I went from bad to worse ever, these people are the real scam style bite and switch, but its Covered with official look and lawfully rude talk and behavior! Be aware people! One call or one visit will make you understand what made me put one star review. Wish you never got in a situation someone had a chance to take an advantage of you, people got wild last period... God bless!

We were locked out of the house tonight and attempted to reach a few "24 hour" locksmiths nearby us in Port Jefferson but could not get a response. One that we tried to reach at least directed us to Suffolk County Locksmith and we reached Kevin on the phone. He was courteous and extremely helpful and came right out at about 1AM. The locksmiths around here could not drive 5 minutes and Kevin drove 1/2 hour and arrived with a smile on his face and solved the problem without breaking a sweat. Tremendous!! I highly recommend these guys and I will be using them in the future without a doubt.

I personally feel with the few times i have gone to locksmith shop that this isnt someplace you want to go and get anything done !! Way over priced and snobbish type of people that work at this place. Worst of all the workers are the woman in the back at the desks cutting you off as your trying to say what you need done. I understand we all have good and bad days but when you go to this place few times and get same results its not good Over all bitter place poor manors to other people.

I had 2 spare keys made. They both did not fit and I had to go back. Someone else helped me this time and she noticed that the keys had not the right size and she made two new ones. The lady who helped me the first time came to the counter, and the only thing she said to me when I mentioned that the keys did not fit was "Really". No apology. Very rude. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Im retired, and in my life time Ive been to many locksmith stores and not to happy!! till I meet Mr Jesse at the suffolk county locksmith at the shirley store were he attended me, this young man very polite and courteous and anything I dint understand about the system in my ford he answered polity and I could understand, thank you Mr Jesse and keep up your good work. I hired Suffolk County Locksmith to open 4 cash dispensing machines that were being put back into service. I called several other Long Island Locksmiths and no one was willing to except the job, it was beyond their scope of ability. Great Company! Used Suffolk County Locksmith recently to get new locks on my house. The woman I spoke to in the office was so helpful and the guys showed up right away to get the job done. The job was done in a timely manor. They were very professional. I will definitely use them for anything else I need. Highly recommend Suffolk County Locksmith.
