Before anything, this has been the rudest encounter of my life! The girl on the phone (rude) told me I will be charged $69. I was told the technician will arrive in 30 minutes but I had to call back 1 hour later to see how much longer the technician will be taking and her response was "well why dont you call him". Finally when he gets there, who by the way was even more rude than the lady on the phone, says its gonna cost me $145. Now Im not no locksmith but this definitely sounds like a big RIP OFF compared to the $60 I payed 1 time in the past. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone after that experience!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Gabriel arrived to the appointment on time. He was incredibly professional. He demonstrated all of the deadbolts and knobs that I was interested in having installed. He took the time to understand my needs, and recommended the appropriate locks. Once we determined the proper locks, he went right to work. Once the installation was complete, he cleaned up any mess that was created from drilling and took the time to make sure everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend him, and will use him again if I ever need a locksmith.

The service was great. They responded promptly to our initial contact and we were able to set up a Saturday appointment easily. Gabriel arrived on time and took the time to go through all of our options for changing door handles and locks. He also made recommendations for us to secure other perimeter doors around the house that we could do on our own. He was efficient and cleaned up very thoroughly after drilling. Overall, he was a very personable and professional technician. I would highly recommend this company.

He was very polite and professional, and walked us through our options once he arrived on site and inspected the existing locks. He brought his own tools, and only requested the old keys from us before he began changing out the old locks. We could not be more pleased with his work, thank you Gabriel!
