Emergency after hours tech was rude and uncooperative. Didnt work to find a solution to my problem. He just knew he wasnt coming to honor the warranty on the work until Monday. Told me I should be "grateful" to him I had a warranty. Although I have paid them several hundred dollars to fix the problem three times. Not recommended!

Great service from the phone call to the time the job was complete. They asked specific questions on the phone so the technician would have the correct parts to finish the repair in one trip. Great job guys. Had to call Able Locksmith again and nothing but good things to say!
