Locksmith answered the call first thing in the morning and was able to be onsite within a couple of hours. All locks changed quickly and efficiently. Only issue was that the price almost doubled, despite my getting a specific quote on the phone for 4 locks - the knob and the dead bolt. He said it was 8 locks once he was on site. Said he didnt remember me mentioning them, but Im rather detail-oriented, I know I did, very specifically. The dead bolts are also easier to change than the knobs, but he up-charged for each deadbolt - doubling the price "per door". It definitely felt like as soon as he saw a woman that he felt he could jack up his rates. If I wasnt in a time crunch, I would have used a different company. However, the end result was that all the locks were changed quickly and correctly, but definitely for a premium price. Make sure you get a detailed quote and repeat with details to confirm to avoid any miscommunication.

Needed a transponder key (key with chip) for my car. Ford dealership told me thatthey cant cut the key, because car is over 10 years and I needed a locksmith. However, locksmith couldnt code they key, they have to. This is a lie! Another locksmith quoted $120.00. When they arrived price was $279.00. Brian at AAA &B LLC charged me $250.00 out the door. And guaranteed if keys didnt work, keys were free. Car started with both keys! Excellent customer service. Came right away. Highly recommend.

Very quick and painless experience. was told i had to have my car towed to Acura to get a new key programmed, these guys saved me all that hassle. Called them and with in an hour or so of the phone call my car was unlocked and running. He even gave me an option to go get the key code myself from Acura which saved me even more money. Highly recommended, great cheap solution to getting a spare key made for any vehicle that requires the key be programmed to the ignition.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! No answering machines or automated messages, he picked up and said "Text me the address and Ill be there in 20mins!" i called 3 places and he was the 3rd but 1st to arrive!! (and within 20mins too!) Opened the store to make me new keys on a Sunday. Im very happy with the service and recommend his business 100%!! And also reasonably price for being locked out of your car in another city!!

Moved into a house in waterbury with my family and wanted to get all the locks changed. So i called AAA&B locksmith and the owner was kind. We booked an appointment and he explained to us the different type of locks and prices based on how much security we wanted. We came to a fair price and we got them installed. we have used this company in the past and will use them in the future. I recommend them

Never go to this place. First they said it will cost $390 to fix my car key. Once they took the key from me they rise the price to $475. I came to pickup my key with cash; asked them for a receipt and they stated they have to charge me tax for a receipt which will come out to $505.28. $30 extra dollars. These guys are con-artist, stay away. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. GO TO THE DEALER!!!

After trying to receive service from another local locksmith, I called AAA&B locksmith at the end of the day. I was expecting to be told service would be available the next day or later. Service was able to be provide within the next hour! :) Pricing was reasonable, explaination of the problem and repair was given and friendly service provided. I will call again!! thanks again.

Brian was excellent! I lost the keys to my vehicle and looked everywhere for them for over a month. Brian came to my house the same day with the keys made. At first the keys that started the car didnt unlock the doors, but he worked his magic & they worked saving me money for the time being on a lock remote. Great guy! Would definitely recommend and use him again!

I called numerous lock smithss around 8:30 and every place was either closed or charging me a fortune. Upon my arrival I was greeted and out within 15 minutes still not costing me a fortune. He went above and beyond to ensure that the key worked and make me feel welcome. Before you think of going ANYWHERE else go to him, hes amazing and makes it look easy.

Sunday 01/01/17 i lost my remote key to my car. im from Brooklyn so i searched google LS in the area and he came up, called him and with not to much talking he told me hell be there within 1 hour with the key after 45 min he calling me hes on the way just remember its Sunday and NEW YEARS, Job well done and in no time. excellent guy. friendly. Bryant provided awesome service! Called him a little before 9 and my car was unlocked by 9:30am. He was the fourth person to try and retrieve my keys that were locked and my car and the only one to pull the truck lack (my keys were in my truck), 1 minute into the service and DONE! Thief....plain and simple! He tried to charge me $60 to cut a non chip key that I already had the cut code for. Then I show him the receipt from Leos Lock and Key for $26.00 and he still wants his $60 lol. Called CT Lock Services 10 minutes later had 2 keys cut for $20!! Call CT lock services first.
