This location has just opened up and the management staff have already but a bad taste in my mouth. The manager is the worse manager I have ever encountered. He was rude and did not know how to explain himself regarding the gym’s policies. He wanted me to sign additional paperwork which I refused. Since Ive already filed and out and signed an original contract and he could not explain to me why. With all the fraud that’s been going on he did not seem to care that I was a victim of fraud. All I needed was to provide the gym my bank information. He canceled my contract and when I asked to speak to someone else or to have the owner call me he told me no. I wish I had away to contacting he owner and inform him of this manager.

They need to serious upgrade on the equipment. There are no machines for calf presses, There is no barbell except on the smith machine, There is only one rope for the triceps push down. There are no stairs for the Cardio. No Kettleball, No jump rope space, no space for some limited cardio like lunges, No medicine ball. Even the regular instruments are weird, and you never know which muscle group is actually being worked upon. Few positives are that, the staff are very friendly unlike the staff of Golds gym. And the contract terms and fee is reasonable unlike the stringent looting getting done in the name of Golds Gym.

This is a gym for real people with very reasonable membership fees. Theres plenty of equipment and its rarely so crowded that you cannot access the cardio or weight machines you want to use. The staff are pleasant and not pushy like they are in other gyms who are pressured to "up-sale." Also, the patrons are respectful of one another. ..because most of them are grown-ups. If you want to avoid the adolescent, pinhead-types like the one who commented that this is a gym for "fat people," - join Planet Fitness. My only issue is that the music can sometimes be deafeningly loud.

I hold another gym membership on NJ, but got the black card when I moved to NY then to MD then to CT for work. I also travel heavily on the east coast and have been to at least 30 plus different planet fitness gyms. They are all pretty good, this one is good, staff is friendly and the machines are decent. They need more free weights and thats about it. Other than that its cool, if an ex div 1 athlete and ex semi pro hockey player can lift here and get it all in, anybody can. Screw these 50-120$ a month gyms and their steroid crowds. PF is all good in my book!

Mostly Cybex Machines. Decent crowd. Ample Parking. Nice locker room. Im a Black Card member so I just visit this one occasionally on weekeds. This is a PF, they dont have childcare, steam room, whirlpool, Olympic pool, fresh towels or serious bodybuilding stuff, that is why it is $10 a month. Sometimes these places are a little understaffed so they cant baby every customer. Unlike other clubs their terms and conditions are entirely reasonable. So when you expect that sort of stuff for $120 a year you sound very naive.

This is the second Planet Fitness Ive belonged to & I love it. This facility is clean, never too busy, people take care of the machines & I never feel overwhelmed while Im there. The staff is by no means "exceptionally friendly" but I didnt join the gym to have some desk-jockey drool all over me every time I walk in the door. If you want an annoying staff to bother you from the time you walk in to the time you walk out, LA Fitness is right down the street - its also the gym I left to join Planet Fitness.

They have no scales because they think theyre offensive and they actually have an open key rack as if nobody would ever just take your keys and steal your car. Two extremely retarded things right there. How you supposed to know if your loosing weight?! And,... Why not just lock your keys in a locker or keep them with u so they dont get stolen!? Cant wait til the edge opens down the road. Also, I like to look at hot girls in the gym. This gym has no hotties except for a few on rare occasions.

I called up just to get some simple information and all the manager wanted to do is give me the answer to questions I didnt ask. When I re asked my questions he got angry and accused me of not wanting to know anything about the gym. I told him I was offended and that now I knew why they had bad reviews online already and he hung up on me. I only wanted to know if they had a child facility and how the contract and fees worked. I guess this only upsets them. I will not use them.

Its a great gym with plenty of machines for everyone and is never too busy, but everytime I come in and certain employees are there, theyre never at the front desk and one girl in particular is always sitting in a massage chair with her legs up and on her phone. The gym itself is fantastic and I love coming here, even as a new member, but when it seems like the staff doesnt want to even be there it isnt very welcoming.

Great place to work out. The staff is courteous and its not crazily crowded like a lot of other gyms. There is a place in the back to do cables and abs and I appreciate that. This really is not the place to be slamming weights and do hard core body building and I also appreciate that toned down version of a fitness center which is open to help people to get into the swing of fitness and feel accepted for trying.

I came in numerous times on weekend and found employees watching movies on tablets behind desk. Told other employees about issue and they refused to bring it to managements attention and said it was not his job. So apparently they dont care about the image there facility has. They wonder why members and staff are leaving to go to the gym EDGE.

Congested and extremely dirty. Dont waste your money here even if its only $10 a month. Daytime staff is nice, but the nighttime staff are incompetent and rude. Id rather deal with the idiot bodybuilders who are obnoxious at other gyms than put up with a congested, dirty gym with incredibly inconsiderate and rude employees.

Great price ($10 a month for basic membership), nice equipment, and friendly staff. Its not too crowded and they have 2 of the more popular machines. It lacks a few things in the free weight department -- dumbbells only go up to 60 pounds or so and they dont have a free standing bench press.

I am very disappointed that this location doesnt have any new equipment!! Everything is very old and they dont have many machines like other big PF gyms. Yes its clean, good folks work there, but lack of machinery makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Clean gym facility to work out but its definitely not the muscle gain gym if thats what your looking for. Its a weight loss gym. Some staff are cool and some staff are hiding in the massage room. Its right off the highway and convenient to the mall.
