My husband was recently unemployed due to medical reasons that did not allow him to continue at his prior employer. In search of employment, he went on indeed and was soon contacted by Spherion. They told him they had a job for him that would pay $15/hr, to come as soon as possible, and scheduled an appointment with him for 1:30 the next day. When he went in, the lady, Christy, said that they did not know what job he was talking about. They said they would continue to look for him. After not hearing from them, he continued searching. He called and let them know he wasnt finding anything, so he was willing to lower the pay he was looking for so he could get back to working. They called him a week or so later to ask if part time was ok if he would lead to full time. He said sure, but it was with a company he didnt want to work for. They said they had something else that might work, so he should come in tomorrow at 1:30. He did, and AGAIN, suddenly that job never existed. Instead they asked him about the SAME company again. When he called to ask any details about jobs, they would not tell him and said they needed to "talk in person." They called again and told him they had an interview. He was unavailable at the time. The next day he called back, and Christy tried to say that she called him x amount of times and emailed him, etc. this was not true. She said he "wouldnt be able to get a job, and he had a lot of red flags." He contacted a different staffing agency and now already has a job. So that says a lot about this company.

Pleasant experience with this company. Was with other staffing agencies and couldnt find work. Not the case with this company. I was shocked at how quickly this staff found me the exact position I wanted, with pay that was exactly what I had asked for. The staff goes above and beyond any expectations I had.
