I had a very bad experience also. I called and and let the lady know im looking for a job, she then ask about my experience and i tell her. She tell me about a job she have and what it cost to get the job and i let her know i want it, then i went to the agency and pay her. She didnt even give me a receipt but because i wanted the job i didnt make it a big deal. She then give me the information of the job. When i reach the job they told me they already have someone. I can the lady at the agency and ask her why she send me to a job that someone already have. She said they tell her earlier they wanted someone. I said but you should call them before you send me and let them know im coming, then i wouldnt waste my transportation fare and my time. She said she will next time. The next job she send me on she was on the phone talking then tell me the person is expecting me but when i reach it was was the same result (the manager tell me he already have someone.) I was really upset because i clearly see the game they were playing. So called her and explain that the same thing happen. She said she didnt have any more jobs for the day so i should call her the next day. Each time i called she would say call me later i dont have a list of jobs yet. This happen for about two weeks then i finally had enough and request a refund of the fee she charged me but to my surprise she said she dont refund money. I was really upset. So i would never recommend anyone to go to "QUEENS EMPLOYMENT AGENCY" The Asian Lady there is a con.

FUISMOS A RECLAMAR EN LA AGENCIA Y ELLA NO RESPONDE ESTABA CERRADO Y NUNCA DIMOS CON NADA.. SOLO PERDER EL TIEMPO TIENE COMPLICES EN LOS RESTAURANTES... PARA SIEMPRE DECIR QUE NO... NO APLIQURN NO PIERDA LOS 140 dólares es una delincuente.. Se aprovecha de los latinos

Horrible customer service. I called and the phone was answered with out the business name. I could hardly hear the person speaking. When I asked her about this she said Im driving now on my phone call me at 2pm and hung up. Is this the way business is handled these days?

It was such a waste of time.its expensive($140), and unlike any other employment agencies; you wont get refund.its a total benefit for them and we are robbed of our own money as we are left with no job and no refund.. i had a bad experience and i urge others to be careful
