Rude unpleasant unprofessional .Would never recommend to anyone.I walked in at8am was told to come back at 10am for interview , came back Didnt remember me from earlier .Talked to me motto tone like i was waisting his time.Looked like he hated his job but i senced he truly felt he wasi n apower position he likedthat part of it,talked like he belittled people.He said his name was juan idk if thats true he relized i was upse with his customer service ,chubby spanish man with womans haircut.He shouldnt be in a field of helping people if he has no passion .This guy is not a good employee.His company should be ashamed to have him represent Complete Staffing Solution s! I walked out because how are you going to give me agood job if you act like you hate yours smh ,didnt even deserve 1 star

Beware of Complete Staffing! Both Lauren & Katherine have a way of making you believe they will do everything in their power to find you a job and that you are the right candidate for the job, manipulating one into a false sense of security; dont be fooled - it is not true. They do nothing to find their potential candidates employment and are so incompetent they dont even know who they have interviewed. I was seen by Lauren, in their office in September, 2013. After, she did nothing for me, Katherine called me January, 2014, (4 months later) asking me to come in for an interview because she found my resume online. She had no clue, I had already previously been to her office. This business & its associates are unskilled, unprofessional and basically useless.

This sounds like a good company you meet great professional people which say they will help you. Ive had some friends find jobs thru this company specially through MOLLY. MOLLY WHICH i told the truth about my background so she can place me in the right position with a right job. Once i told her the truth she denied me placement which SHOWED ME A LESSON IN theres companys you have to lie to to be successful and this is one of them yet she did find jobs for people who have worst background then me at wonderful companys!! EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND IS SOMEONE COMES TO YOU TRUTHFULLY RESPECT THAT DO YOUR JOB AND FIND THE RIGHT PLACEMENT. Im disappointed when it comes to equal opportunity with Molly.

My experience with Complete Staffing Solutions has been a good one. Both Katherine and Lauren are extremely positive and motivational and have backed up their enthusiasm with real results. I know this because they have kept me motivated and employed for the past two months. While Kat and Lauren are willing to represent you as a prospective candidate its important to remember that is only half the battle. Its a tough market out there, Complete Staffing can push for an opportunity the rest is up to you.
