just rolled through the soft touch wash. Paid for the $14 wash. I first noticed that it was $2-3 more than other washes in the area. It did an OK job, but not great. The roller that goes over the hood and roof barely touched the hood at all which left streaks of pollen all over the hood. The dryer did an OK job but car was still dripping wet afterwards. I will not go again, instead Ill pay a few bucks less and go to Scrubbing Bubbles in Wallingford where they hand dry the car and it always comes out nice and clean. I feel I need to wash my car again just to get the pollen off the hood and to get rid of the water spots due to the poor blow dry.

Service is the worst, doggie wash is a waist of money and the outrageous prices for detailing is not worth it, advertise the wrong service and dont get what u payed for, there are better places out there for detail that stick by what they offer for the money, do what they say and the prices are better. Cromwell car wash and detail is a 100 % better compared to Class Act Auto. i give this place from 0 tO 10, i giving them 1 they just want your money like money grow on trees.They will never see me again. Im so ashamed to even disclose the price i was charged. If you are willing top be ripped off, well then this is the right place for you.

I was charged 10.00 on my cc for a 4 min vacuum! I called and left them a message. We will see if they will call me back! I even push the button that made the charges stop and it still charged me $10 for four minute vacuum which shouldve been $1.75. This is the third time it has happened to me I have never vacuum there before,only wash my vehicle. If I do not get these Chargers back I will never go to this car wash again !

Thought the credit card payment was a good idea at first, then we got the bill! I hit the stop payment button, but was charged for a $15.00 4 minute car wash! The soap and rinse pressures were good compared to other car washes, but at $15.00 dollars, Ill go elsewhere. Fix the damn meter so if activity is stopped for a minute, it stops charging .

The touchless automatic SUCKS. I usually always go to Water Works and their touchless does an amazing job. The car actually gets cleaned. I paid 5.99 for the touchless at water works and 10.00 for this and it is like comparing apples to oranges. Now my car has sand streaks all over it. Skip the touchless!!

This really is the worst car wash. It barely cleans your car, and bring a towel to dry it yourself. I have tried it several times, at several levels, but it leaves complete areas of your car untouched. Not worth the money. There are $5.00 car washes that do a better job. Dont go!

If Im in a rush and just want to get the dirt off my car I will use this car wash because I work close by. I would be a lot happier with them if the menu on the wash selector was clearer, they say they offer undercarriage wash but I can never find it on the menu.

Extremely over priced, and if you arent careful they keep charging your credit card, if you dont hit the red button. I have a $15.00 processing fee on a $5.00 car wash. Will definitely take my business else where next time. Just not worth the headache!

Soft touch scuffed and scratched the paint of my new truck, beware, spend your money somewhere else, stay away from this place, it will mess your car up!

I use the south touch side. Does a good job of removing the junk on the truck. I wish the dryer lasted a little longer.
