Sent my car through the car wash after an oil change. Disaster. My personal belongings were rummaged through. My radio was turned on, cranked up, my settings altered and left blasting on a hispanic station. Puddles were left un-mopped inside my vehicle. A white coat was flung into the back seat and a tire iron from the trunk was flung onto it and somehow it ended up stained and ripped!! When I called to speak to management I got Ron on the phone, who didnt even ask how he could fix the situation, apologize or offer to make it right. I asked if it didnt bother him that a loyal customer of 18 years who had referred countless other people to them was going to to leave and he said "Suits me just fine" and hung up! The last several services have been less than stellar but as businesses go through change one wants to keep supporting them to boost small business economy. Not this place. They can float themselves all the way down Branford hill to Out of Bussinessville. Never going back, and wont stop until Ive let everyone know just how shoddy theyve become. All they care about is the "upsell". No more friendly front desk staff either. So disappointed.

Very disappointed in my experience at this establishment. I live and work in Branford and I believe in supporting Branford businesses, but I CAN NOT support or recommend this business!!! I went into today, and it was not busy at all. I had a few questions and the manger was very rude, so I asked for the owner, who came out and he was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! Absolutely no customer service, and proceeded to tell me that they do not clean the interior of cars--Even with a car wash which states interior and exterior cleaning!!! I proceeded to travel a bit out of my way and went to another car wash in East Haven, who gave me wonderful "personal" touch service!!! Never will go to this establishment again!!!

TERRIBLE! They scratched my car all up, some deep gouges and chipped paint as well. Car was still wet after "towel dry". Floor mats had muddy boot prints. Left wax all along the lower part of sides. All this for only $26!!! The scratches were the worst tho. I noticed them immediately, they insisted their machines couldnt have done it. I know every scratch on that car and these were not there before it went through their car wash. They were bright white and rough. The old scratches are faded and smooth. They tried to cover it up with some spray, but that just left a cloudy,streaky mess. They didnt even try to make the situation right in any way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Had my oil changed here. Seemed to do a fine job. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Received a voucher for a free car wash but didnt have time to use it. Cashiers were friendly and the waiting room was clean and stocked with refreshments. They also sell car detailing items like air fresheners etc. Served my needs for a quick oil change. And they didnt try to upsell me on a ton of stuff like filters, synthetic oil etc.

Outstanding Job! Had a long scrape on the side of my white Lexus. It was uncertain until working on it if the scrape could be buffed/cleaned up...Juan worked a miracle and to my extreme delight..it was completely buffed out. Met the owner & counter staff was friendly & professional. This place was highly recommended to me and I shall pass on the same! A+++++

The only thing that sucks about these car washes is that they dont do the inside good they just wipe the windows and vacuum

Reliable & honest, I go out of my way to get my oil changed there. The free wash with the oil change is a welcome bonus.
