Dog Wash Worst experience ever...will never go back!!! Last night was my third time trying to catch the dog wash being open. Its posted hours says its open until 6pm. I have shown up 3 times now at 5:30 and it is locked and closed. This time I met the owner who told me I could not wash a dog in 30 min and he would not unlock the door. I have a Great Dane with very short hair and it takes me no more than 6 min to wash him. The owner was extremely rude and basically said tough I already locked the door and walked right past me. He also proceeded to say and dont ever open that door again (the door to the office which I opened when looking for an attendant of some sort when I came to find the door locked at 5:30) there is a pit bull in there that will rip your arms off. What??? who says that to a customer? (and by the way there was no dog in there since I had gone in twice looking for help/service) This is no way to run a business. I would never go back there again knowing what kind of person owns it. If there was an option for NO STARS thats what I would rate this place.

"HARRASED BY OWNER AND CLERK AND KICKED OUT" First I would like to invite this 2 individuals to 2016. Its not 1930s anymore! Long story short I had been cleaning my car and literally I had garbage that would fit in a Stop&Shop plastic bag witch is not much... but I was screamed at by the owner of the place saying that I was dumping I was like thinking in my head (ARE YOU FU#%$*¥ SERIOUS????) Of course his ability to communicate like a civilized person did not function at that moment, and goes to tell me that he is loosing money by me putting my garbage in his trash bins ... WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY???????? Its clearly a place to go clean your car... Nevertheless Ive been going there for 14 years, now Im happy to announce that I will be taking my business somewhere else. "BAD BUSINESS MY FRIEN" [M]

My experience at this car wash is by far the worst place to give your money to. The owner is disrespectful , rude, and does not care about his customers. Confronted the owner about his wash machine leaving residue behind, and instead of giving the customer ( me ) a courtesy wash from vehicle not being clean all he did was put his hands up and say i cant help you then turned and walked away, and the worst part my car wasnt all that dirty. Wouldnt give them a minus star but in order to leave a review and stop people from wasting their money i had to leave a star. NEVER WILL GO BACK EVEN IF MY CAR WAS ON FIRE AND I NEEDED A BUCKET OF WATER , I WILL CUT MY LOSES AND LET IT BURN !!!!!!

I used to take my two dogs here once a month, the owner is very unprofessional as well as his staff, he shoved me out of the way when asking him a quesrion, they double charge you when you use your credit card,the pressure in the hose that you use to wash the dogs is very low your better off use a hose at home connected to your sink. The last expierance I had here was so bad the police had to get involved and I was told by them that they hear horrible reviews about the owner and that they themselves would not do business at his establishment. Id rather take my money else where- for respect dignity and someone who appreciates your loyalty-DONT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS- YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The wash bays are fine. They have a ton of options for cleaning and everything works and is maintained. A little pricey perhaps. The change machines can be fickle and Ive never gotten a credit card to work in the wash bays. The automated wash stinks. The bar that moves above the top of the car leaks a ton of water while its blowing air to dry. So the drying functionality is generally worthless. Plan on doing it by hand.

Service terrible! Paid 13.00 undercarriage did not turn on. Mind you we waited for 40 minutes in line. Response from manager "too bad " what a Way to treat your customers. Will make sure to pass this along to familly & friends . Stay as far away from this place.

I liked the convenience of this place, as well as the options to either wash your car yourself, or go through the the touchless car wash bays. Their prices seem really good compared to other car washes I have been to.

Its like after you wash your car here it becomes a dirt magnet. Wheels didnt last the day - & I always use the highest wash option
