Fails at the basic task of providing a clean car. They dont use blowers to dry the car. Instead they use rollers that look like some sort of foam. They used to have blowers here under the old ownership, so I know the results I used to get. The foam rollers left streaks on all windows, made worse by the rag boys outside the wash who seem to exist to spread soapy water over my newly "cleaned" windows. If you have blowers, you dont need rag boys. Secondly, the lack of blowers left a lot of soapy water in the bed of the truck. I was told "it will run out when you drive away." Anybody with a pickup truck will tell you that the air flows over the passenger compartment, down into the bed of the truck, and actually pushes light stuff forward in the bed of the truck. Therefore, I now have little dots of soap residue all over the back window of the truck and could see soap bubbles flying up in the air and hitting the back window as i drove down the road. I literally drove directly to another car wash when I left this one. This place will never get my business again.

Im never going back to this Auto car wash. I cant speak for the other services this place has, but the Auto Conveyor Wash is a bad choice. The tunnel is too long. The brushes hit my car so hard they ripped off a side emblem! Something like 15 options of soap/wax? Too many choices- its just a car wash. You get the feeling whatever you pick- youre getting ripped off. While waiting in the long line, I overheard two employees verbally slashing a customer because the Mini Van she was driving had a roof rack. Unprofessional. On another visit, half way through the tunnel the person in front of me hit the brakes and my car bumped them and jumped off the track. An employee saw this and did nothing! You would think they could STOP IT or something. 0 stars.

I had a meeting up in Cromwell and realized that there was a splash this way. This was a little different then the hand washes Im used to but the service was just as good! It was very fast and my cars shine was awesome. The person who came to welcome me was super friendly and explained what I need. Even though it was a machine wash, this tunnel was really cool with all the lights and fancy equipment. I truly enjoyed riding through. I loved the fact that I can vacuum for free when I was done because I needed it. The manager Tom came over to make sure everything was OK. Great service and definitely worth the money. Its nice that no matter what splash I choose, so far, I can get the same great service! Will be back for sure :)

Splash rocky hill is a life saver! I would give Jose 10 stars if they let me!!!! He turned a night mare situation into a car that was cleaner then when I bought it! To sum things up I had a sick 2yr old and like all of us mother know, when they are sick they are sick! Needless to say Jose was as professional as they come and did an A+ job. He even gave me a wash! I have told my sister in law and co workers this is the place to go! Ask for Jose and he will do wonders with your car! I will be back every couple of months. Sandy

I went here because I had a coupon for a basic car wash and I wanted to test it out since im a fanatic about keeping my car clean and they are close to my house.I was really impressed with how good it came out with just a basic wash.I usually have to clean my rims by hand since car washes dont usually get all the dirt and brake dust off but they were spotless!!! They also have free vaccumes after the wash which is a plus! I will definitely be comming here from now on!!

Brought my F150 through their main car wash 2 weeks ago. I liked that they hand-dry afterwards with the cloths, because the blower drier sprays the leftover soap from the truck bed all over. I also like that it uses those blowers rather than the roller air knifes that drag down the side of my truck and scratch the paint. The shine lasted longer than the automatic self service I normally go to. Ill be coming here from now on.

Went there on 2/21 and waited for the express car wash for 35 minutes. We were the 2nd car to go in next. After 20 minutes one employee came out to inform us the chain had popped off and it would be up and running shortly. Ten Minute later the same employee came out and said said they were shutting down for the day. No coupon for a discount next time, no apology, very disappointed in the customer service.

Every once in a while Ill go back for a wash when I dont have the time to do it myself, and each time I am disappointed and remember why I dont go back more often. Nice shine under the dirt that is still left behind and streaks from the wipe down before you leave. Looks a little better than before but doesnt look like a clean car.

Took my new car through the wash , the car wash pulled and dislodged my windshield wiper , the manager tried fixing it he couldnt so I had to go to the dealership in the middle of the day and wait to get it fixed , they didnt even refund the $20 car wash that I got , Ill never be back and you shouldnt go either .

Good car wash, nice staff, free vacuuming. I suggest going during business hours for do it yourself options, as the machines can be a bit flaky, both the change machines and the actual car wash controllers. Theyve always honored or fixed when a machine didnt work properly for me.

Nice little car wash its pretty entertaining to go in this place were all their novelty statues and lights they have. So it can be fun for the whole family to go here cuz like I mentioned that on the can get your car cleaned theres stuff for you to look at in enjoyment.

I had an awesome experience with Splash. I purchased a detail deal online for a reasonable price. Dropped off my filthy work car at 8am. I returned close to 6pm and I was amazed. It looked and smelled like a brand new car. It certainly was worth the time and money.

We Went with my kids and they were very kind and helpful. The weekend staff was amazing!They made our first car wash very exciting. We will be going there monthly just for the experience. We also didnt wait , pulled up and in which is a plus with inpatient kiddos.

New car wash is awesome.foaminator was fun to watch along with the disco lights. Free vacuums were a plus and worked really well.Jose signed me up for the unlimited program and helped me save money which seemed strange but overall,this place rocks!!!!!

Do not take your car through here if you care about it! It put a 90 degree bend in my license plate and a big gouge in my alloy wheels. Of course when confronted the management denied everything!
