Splash auto spa is a great car wash under this new management! My friends and I bring our cars pretty often and the cars always look like new! Recently i had small issue with the wash! They assured me that next wash was on them for the dilemma. Ive waited to rate them to see if they would live upto their word. I am happy to say they were true to their word and took care of me. I am very satisfied customer and will continue to do business with them. So 5 stars to their workmanship and 5 stars to their customer care! Impressive!!!

i have a subaru that ive dumped over 25000 dollars or work into. i have been a loyal customer until today. i paid for a buff wax and they didnt even wash my car before waxing it. the guy grinded all of the dirt into my clear coat and paint. my whol cars paint is now marred and scratched beyond repair. the whole car will now need 4000 dollars of paint repair. the guy had no idea how to use a buffer wheel at all. i will be taking them to court if they do not ackowledge the damage they have done to my car.

Car wash scratched my car that was 2 weeks old,said they would call me waited 3 days went there said that they werent going to do nothing,Car has a special paint that will cost $500 to fix,workers cant speak English park cars on top of each other with no care.I would boycott this place and plan on going to Consumers Affairs and will sue.Please check your car before you drive off.I WILL NEVER RETURN,I am telling all my friends and family and co-workers to boycott.

In all the places i lived and all the car washes that i hated to go to "DIY" I have never seen a car wash this good. Depending on what you buy expect to wait a little while as they go over your car with a microscope compared to other car washes! The best car wash i have ever had in 42 years besides doing it myself!

Had a "Silver" wash today. Not impressed. Road tar not removed even after pointing out the problem. Dirt on passenger door not removed (didnt spot that before leaving car wash). Windows left with streaks. Guess I will have to try another car wash.

Dropped my Car off to be detailed at Splash Auto Spa their meticulous attention to detail is amazing. Ive paid 3x as much and not had a result like this. Never going anywhere else again!
