I called earlier today to get some VERY basic information on car detailing. The girl who answered had such a profoundly bored and indifferent attitude that I knew it would not end well. It came as no revelation that she knew next to nothing about the business other than hours of operation and even that was like a tooth extraction; "youll have to talk to the guys out back" (I think she actually yawned!!!). I think she was still droning a bit as I let the call go. No prob...another business just down the street, but can you imagine how much business a place like this loses due to some idiot wage slave representing them? Follow up: Someone, I believe Pat, very promptly responded constructively to my complaint and this alone demonstrates that they take their business seriously. I retract my comments and I do understand the nature of the exchange now (always a mistake to presume someones attitude over the telephone, so my apologies to her). I actually had the work completed at Absolute, but I will consider you guys in the future.

I get a free full service wash here from the dealership when I get my truck serviced. Full service is vacuum, exterior wash, and windows. I started going here a little Ive a year ago and at first they did a great job, I would even upgrade to a higher package sometimes. The last two times Ive gone in the last 2 months I might not go back. Two visits ago I paid for the tire shine which is a brushed on protectant. What I didnt realize was that there were still globs of it on the tires when I left so when I got home I had lovely black stripes radiating from each wheel well up the side of the truck & got to wash it again myself. Last visit they didnt even get all the dirt off the outside & my passenger side mirror was folded in (theyre power fold & my drivers side was out so they never put them in before it went through) and the window behind the mirror was still dirty. At this point the free wash isnt worth the time it takes to get it done.

I have heard about the new ownership lately and people seem to be totally impressed with this place so i figured i would go down and check it out for myself, well needless to say what a 180 this place has done since the new owner took over a few months ago...the staff is much friendlier from what i remember, the facility is noticeably freshened up and the cashier meets you with a smile which is always nice to see while paying for something....my car was pristine...although it did take a little longer then i expected but totally worth the wait.....i am extremely picky when it comes to my car which is why i had not gone there for awhile because of the lack of service in the past but the new boss seems to have taken care of that....

Prices went up 20% unannounced or thats what my toothless little friend told me when I asked about all the surcharges he punched in my receipt . My favorite was a $7 dollar SUV charge , like every other one that goes through the wash. Although I skip car wash places on my way there , and in the past I recommend friends and family to go there since the girls did a really great job , I found my 2 last visits to be the last . My car felt really dirty when I left for a price of $60 , absolutely awful. Your greed lost at least 150 visits per year between myself and my family , not to mention the fact that I will not recommend them to a single soul anymore.

The slowest and laziest car was ever! Went there for a quick regular wash. No bells and whistles were needed. After my car came through the wash, they parked it, and it took a solid 20 minutes of my car sitting there for someone to finally come over and dry it. After a long wait, I had three people working on cleaning my car. Two women dried it at a snails pace because they were too busy chatting. And a man cleaned my windows and dash, stopping constantly to look at his cell phone. Never again!

dont know what happend to this place . it use to be good before but lately they tend to forget the part when it comes to clean the car interior. been twice and i end up coming home and cleaning it myself . after waisting money on package that suppose to cover all the cleaning and shining seems to be a scam there . stay away from this place . they need either a new crew or new management that knows how to run this place .

These guys were so friendly. They did a fantastic job on my car!! Its so much nicer to come here now with the new ownership. They cleaned the place up and treat you with respect and with quality customer service, something the old owner knew nothing about! Best of Luck ! I think this place has raised the bar for car washes since the new ownership. They are very nice and always remember me when I come there. The guys do a great job on the cars every time and are always very respectful of myself and my property. I usually hate going to the car wash but they always make it an enjoyable experience!

I thought they actually did a good job. I bought a package that included carpet shampooing and I think it was done well. But they told me to keep my windows open for the next few days to air them out? Not exactly sure if this is normal or not. The place is a little bit disorganized, but thats ok. I liked the place.

My job has an account here for their cars and I have brought cars here for a number of years, always do a great job. Had my car cleaned inside and out and they did a great job also. I have been to others and this car wash was the best. Recommend it highly.

I love coming to this car wash. The staff is always friendly and tries to do their best. This is one of the few car washes that actually clean my car and I have been to alot of car washes in my life. I will be returning here often as I love a clean car.

Clean and rapid car wash facility. Employees work hard and do a nice job. It can get expensive (hence 4 versus 5 stars), but the alternative is to do it yourself.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Waited over 30 minutes for my car to even get vacuumed and wiped down. Seems like the new owners dont know what their doing! Wont be back

Pretty good car wash. Very thorough but a bit expensive for my taste. A good interior/ exterior was is going to cost you about $30

Got an exterior carwash....$14 with debit or credit....$12 with cash. They missed a couple of spots that was clear as day.
