I had a horrible experience here. As my car entered the wash bay, one of the attendants push as hard as he could on my mechanical passenger mirror. I can only describe it as tugging. Before I could put down my window to stop him, he forced it to collapse. When I confronted the manager who was on the drive side at the time, he denied everything. He took it very lightly and even laughed in my face about how upset I was. He refused to accept any responsibility. I showed him the mechanism was broken and he responded with "how do I know it was not broken when you arrived". I know that car washes sometimes have the reputation of being sketchy, this one is. DO NOT USE THEM. It caused $500 in damages to my brand new (5000 miles) Chevy Tahoe (not a cheap car). Feel free to email me on this one. I will tell you more.

The guys here completely scratched the roof and side of my car with whatever tools they were using to wash. Of course, I didnt notice this until after I left so good luck trying to point fingers. Now I can take my brand new Acura to the dealer to retouch for a few hundred dollars for their mess up. Go elsewhere!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They did a great job on the automatic car wash (pre-washing). I have also had my car detailed. Fair price and the car looked brand new inside and out.
