Hours as said by the staff. 8:00am-7:00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Exceptions are when its raining - hours may vary, best to call to verify. They did an amazing job to my dads neglected car, clearing out leaves and sand in every crack and crevice. The wheels, caked in years of brake dust, look brand new. The staff was polite and clear, which is important because the number if cleaning options is extensive. Being Southampton, I was reluctant to come thinking it would be overpriced, but the quality of the work is worth every penny.

Called yesterday and asked about the opening hours since google only has suggested ones. Lady on the phone told me they open at 8. Today I arrived at 8.15 flag that said "open" indicated she told me the truth. However, the workers that were already there told me they open at 9. Came back at 9, Lady in the office couldnt explain it to me why they opened at 9 today. Apart from this inconvenience the interior was done in a hurried manner (dust still in corners of the instrument board, smears on the glass,etc.) Wouldnt bring my private car there.

I drove all the way from east hampton to southampton just to get car wash left my house 3:25 got there at 4:28 because of the crazy traffic that we always have at that time anyway i get there n its CLOSE ill go online to check the schudle n it says they were going to be open untill 5 ? I was so upset because its a long drive from eh to sh,this is the second time this happen to me in a period of 2 years, i really dont feel like coming back here ever again, u cant count on the car wash been open on their regular hours .

I was ripped off twice by this place. 2 pairs of $150 wireless Beat headphones. Besides being the worlds most over priced car wash, they also do a lousy job. Be sure to check your belongings before you drive off or you will never see them again. They will certainly never see me again. The Hamptons car wash is better and less expensive. Sorry guys. 2 strikes and youre out.

Great place, I pay monthly and get as many washes as I want for $80. Its a great deal because I work in Real Estate and I constantly need my vehicle cleaned. The staff is Friendly and always do their best to accomodate : )

$50 WASTE. As leaving the parking lot, Exterior is spotted, dirt left on surface is wipable on entire body and near underside. Lots of visible piles of sand on interior. Total waste of time, about 45 minutes, I waited

They stole a sticker out of my car, dust still inside on the dashboard, didnt even wash the windows completely, and then charged me over $40... never again even, if it was the last car wash on the island.

I dont have habit of rating or commenting but.... the worst car wash ever. They charged for interior and exterior, SUV price but they dont vacuum trunk. Lots of sand still on passangerseats.. awful

Use it only in summer time and its a regular car wash but super busy. No complaints at all. Some people think the staff is rude but the reality that they are just busy like most of New Yorkers.
