NOT a good experience. Dropped off my car at 0800 for a scheduled interior detailing. Both my confirmation email and the employee present said 2 hours. I walked by 1.5 hours later and my car was sitting in the garage, all doors open but no one working on it. I came back 2 hours later, again in the garage with no one working on it. The employee who was supposed to be working on it was chatting with someone else and I asked when my car would be ready and he said it was only 50% done. I told him that I needed it done sooner as I had plans for today and the 2 hours allotted had passed. He said come back in 30 min. I came back at 1030 and the car still wasnt done, another employee went to go help. At 1041 my car was "finished" and they wanted me to pay FULL PRICE ($95) for something that was nearly an hour late! The employee told me it was taking longer because of the dog hair but also told me they started it late because he was late getting to work due to traffic and the other detailer was not in today. Heres the thing, I dropped my car off at 0800. If no one was there to start at 0800 because they arent showing up to work on time that should not mean I have to take more time out of my day to wait for the service. I spoke with the manager, Dave, over the phone and he was completely unhelpful. His employees were late and did a rush job (pictures attached) and I got charged full price. As you can see in the pictures the attention to detail is lacking. The back cup holder and the small compartment were not even wiped out. They didnt vacuum the trunk nor between the door and the seats. Would not recommend and would not go there again due to very poor customer service and quality of work.

Have been a regular customer, but today went for Platinum wash ($18) and the car still has "remnants" of all the pollen and splotches of bird "dooh" on it. I even drove back around and pointed it out to the attendant. His reply, "Well if it was going to come off, we wouldve gotten it off." Its a car wash. If they werent supposed to get the car clean, no one would bother. So a bad wash and worse customer service.

Not a bad place. I didnt have to wait on line at all, and the people working there seemed nice. However, I was hoping that theyd do an interior cleaning as well, which they dont offer. On the bright side, I was allowed to sit in the car as it went through the wash, which they dont allow back in NJ. Good memories from when I was a kid.

Detail shop is super clean and detail associate Marvin I believe his name was if im wrong im sorry. Very well dressed and well mannered. My husband was excited to see his car look brand new again after his full detail. Thanks again for everything. Keep this great guy around (Blue Wave) inquiring him was a smart move.

Could be a 3 star but had to go with 2 as Ive recently I traveled and came across many car wash do it yourself centers to compare. Overpriced for what you get. But its one of *no other places to get your car taken care of. Machines are often down. And weak. But the guys that work there, work hard.

Of course the car wash does its job and washes my car, but its the friendly staff and great service that keeps me coming back. My back windshield wiper flew off while going through the wash, and staff helped me right away with no issues. You guys rock!

This car wash always gets the salt off truck after a long day of driving. It is probably the only reason I dont have any rust on the body. Also the detailing is pretty good. Look for coupons there are lots of deals around.
