I usually wash my cars myself, but it was cold (37F) so we brought my wifes 97 BMW M3 through the touchless car wash at Bubble King, selected the $10 "Royal Wash" and it came our almost as dirty as it went in. I keep my cars pretty clean and it wasnt too bad to begin with. Maybe the machine ran out of soap? So we went back. There are no staff at the car wash side so we went into the laundry. The woman running the laundry side first said she had nothing to do with the car wash side. Then she said if the car is really dirty you need to use the "soft cloth" side so it will actually get the dirt off. Then she asked if we wanted to get a cloth (touch) wash - I said "no thanks, we only do the touchless". Then she took a $10 bill from the laundry cash register and essentially tossed it at me and turned her back. We did not elect to experience the "soft cloth" experience. I guess I should be happy that I got the $10 back, but I can not really give high marks for customer appreciation. For a second I though I was at a Mass RMV office from the 70s.

This was my first time using Bubble King and will not be my last. I found the staff very helpful in guiding me through my first experience with this laundromat/car wash establishment. I especially like the "down time" options that they provide to their customers while they wait. A full service car wash, car vacs, computers you can log onto, TVs to watch and a few good eats within walking distance. I personally took advantage of the car wash and car vacs. The car wash was easy to use, accepts cash or card, and the results were great. The prices on both laundry and the car wash were right around where youd expect them to be. The facility was spacious, clean and had plenty of machines available to avoid any wait time which is great because the last thing I want to do is stand in line to do laundry! All in all I will certainly return to Bubble King as soon as my car or clothes need cleaning again!

The staff is rude and condescending. You win more flies with honey than you do with vinager. I brought them a good amount of business and every time they would complain about something. If you hate your job that much. Quit. Plain and simple. I will no longer be using this laundry facility because the workers need a refresher course in Customer Service 101. Not to mention have shrunk my clothes and got bleach on them. This place is not worth the headache. The Bubble King can get off his high horse and learn the Golden Rule. Lizzies Laundromat is better for sure. They are pleasant and understand the value of customer service.

I just moved here so I started to go this laundromat on Saturdays and the attendant is extremely unfriendly towards me however is very nice to the other customers. I went there for 6 Saturdays straight and she was still very rude when I asked her a question and her face, the look on her face! She must hate her job or life itself. I started to go on Sundays now because the attendant on this day is extremely polite, nice, and very very helpful when I have any questions. Wow...all I can say is this place is pricey but it gets the job done. I would recommend this facility but not on Saturdays.

Went to do laundry here, the washers are decently priced. However, I had divided my wash into 4 dryers, putting a small load in 2 of them and a very small load in the other 2. It cost me $6.75 to dry them completely on HIGH HEAT. I had 1 dryer w/only 4 pairs of jeans and another dryer with 4 towels and a sweatshirt...Ive been to quite a few laundromats from S. Attleboro, N. Attleboro, Attleboro, Plainville on 1A...and this Bubble King is THE WORST laundromat ive ever been to by far....thats pretty bad when the dryer cost the same price as the washer. You got my vote for the worst!!!

The laundry room attendant Brenda is extremely rude and does not have any customer service skills. I cant believe shes worked for a company for 20 years and they have not fired her for her being so disrespectful. She makes you feel like youre stealing when youre actually just getting quarters exchanging the same amount of money. When I asked her to stop yelling at me and advised her she shouldnt speak to customers that way, she told me she could speak to customers anyway I wants. If she hates her job so much get a new one. Youre rude!

$1150 in damage. No response from management. I got out of my truck and spoke to employee who told me to go through the wash, no problem. He was working on the brushless side I usually go through. I cleared the height restricting bar yet the machine ripped my truck rack off and damaged my vehicle. I was reassured by staff that the owner would take care of damage. I couldnt even get the decency of a return phone call, nor my insurance company after several attempts.

My car had dirt along both sides so I stopped at the car wash. When I came out the car still had all the dirt on the sides. The front, top, and back looked nice, but I ruined a towel wiping off the wet dirt off the sides. I "only" got the $10 car wash, but I expect a clean car for ten bucks. Ill never go there again.

I own a Subaru Forester and I love to take it off road. Bubble Kings wash cleans all the mud and crud off my Forester with ease. The staff is pleasant and the location is great. Highly recommend it.

Sometimes a long wait and fairly expensive for an automatic car wash. Open 24hrs is a bonus.
