Horrible. This place is a total racket. Had an express detail and carwash here. Will never come back. Got the hard sell for a more expensive cleaning plan as soon as I walked in the door. Then was charged ridiculous surcharges for having an SUV, I was bullied into mandatory extra charges of $40 for having what they claimed was a little bit of dog hair in the trunk. My dog does not ride in my car so I was not convinced, but I was not allowed to decline it. This $40 charge comes with an additional $15 surcharge!! On top of the $10 or $20 surcharge for having an SUV. Then once Id paid it all, they were done in no time and my car was still dirty! When I showed them the large chunks of mess on my back seat, dirt still on the floors, and areas they had clearly not even wiped down, they had nothing but excuses, and then suggested that I should have paid for the shampoo detail as well! It was madness. Fyi my seats are leather--a shampoo would not have made them cleaner. It was a sloppy job and I got a serious shakedown. Im generously giving them 2 stars rather than 1, because after arguing with them, they agreed to clean the car more thoroughly. Front desk guy was argumentative and unapologetic. Take your money elsewhere!

I had my car detailed at Dean Street and was very unhappy when I left. They told me it would take 90 min to clean my car and it only took them 40 min. They did not fully vaccuum, leaving dirt on the rugs. Above the back seats, below the rear window, was untouched (left dead bugs!). They did not clean the cupholders and left dirt in places that other detailing places have would cleaned. I could tell they were using a dirty rag by the residue that was left on my dash and windows. I now have to take the time to bring my car back so they can finish the job, which is not close to where I live. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a customer of the Dean Street Car Wash for twenty years. I have always been very happy with the service. I have children and pets and have taken my car to be cleaned from dog hair, peanut butter spills, mud/sand and have always been very pleased with the cleaning service. I would highly recommend Dean Street Car Wash and the rates are reasonable for excellent service.

Spent 25 dollars on their best wash. If I had known it would be such a poor quality wash, I would have washed it at my house. My vehicle was covered in water spots after 15 minutes. Not to mention, their driers make contact with your vehicle, and cause lines on the paint. Not recommended.

I went to dean street for my Auto Detailing. He stole all the accessories from my car and did NOT give back to me. He also took money from ME and did not clean the car as he should have. I will not visit him all my life and my suggestion to all is not to go and visit him. HE IS A THIEF

Took my car to get washed yesterday. Not only did it leave with soap EVERYWHERE but it also left with a 3-4ftft scratch across the top of the car! Of course theyre "not responsible for damage" while ya know...using their product. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

You pay a little more but its worth it. They do a great job with vacuuming ,windows inside and out,car interior and if they miss anything more than willing to go back and do it for you. Its clean and their is always a manager available.

I went here for a wash after about a year of not cleaning my car and it came out looking brand new again! And, you should have seen the size of the hands on the guy that dried my car, yams for fingers.... amazing

Over priced and un impressive. The towels they use to dry the car look like small napkins. I think they just smeared the water everywhere and let the air do the rest. Did i mention over priced?

Great car wash. Their 30 day shine lasted almost 6 months!! Also, the detailers didnt mess with my radio and left all the change in my ashtray. What more could you ask for???

I used the vacuum cleaners and used my debit card to pay and I was charges $20 for a 4 min vacuum I would not recommend going there if you dont have any cash on you

Clean, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. What else do you want? We like the the unlimited wash plans so the Tiguan is never dirty.
