I had gone on a long drive to the Northern parts of Vermont on Saturday and had driven a lot on unpaved roads. The car was covered with dust, tires had turned white in color and there were lots of bug splatters on windshield, bonnet and the front bumper. I took my car for wash the next day and opted for the ultimate car wash package. The staff were very friendly and since I went early in the morning, I was out in 5 minutes after the wash. I had taken my old Altima to this place couple of years back and the experience was great. Hence did not bother to inspect the car after the wash and just drove back to home. While inspecting at home, I found out that the dust on the body, white colorization on wheels and the bug splatters on the windshield and the bonnet were taken care of, but there were still some bug splatters left on the mirror covers, the front bumper and the plates. I then removed these bug splatters by myself. I have just reduced a star because of this but the overall experience was great.

I went this afternoon, without an appointment to get an express detail. I was told that the manager had said that no more express details were to be allowed and that I should come back tomorrow, with an appointment - this goes against their website advertising which uses "no appointment necessary" as a selling point. I was there 2.5 hours prior to closing time and only 1 of their 3 detailing bays had a car inside. I was extremely disappointed. Additionally, when I expressed concern over having to pay for a car wash both today and then as part of my detail when I returned I was told that the car wash is free with the detail and that I only needed to pay for todays wash. But I found this misleading - the cost of todays car wash on top of the cost of returning for the detailing and "free" car wash adds up to more than I would have spent if they had simply provided their service as advertised today. Needless to say, Im not going back here in the future.

Ive been getting my car washed several times a year, here and only here for the two years Ive lived in the Marlborough area. Even before i moved here my bumper was loose from hooking it on something when backing up, but its never been a problem driving, or going through this car wash.. that is until the other day when a worker Ive never seen before decided that my car was unfit to go through the wash (even though Ive gone through with my loose bumper dozens of times). The manager, who has seen me before, decided to make a scene and have all the other cars back up to let me out after saying several times "you can go through if you want" to which i replied "thats fine with me, Ive been here multiple times before without problems" and then he wouldnt let me go through. I used to recommend this place and buy my local friends passes as a presents but now we will all be going elsewhere.

Great wash. They offer additional services such as rain-x application and wheel cleaning which is nice. They blow-dry and then hand-dry your car to ensure its streak free. I only gave it 4-stars because its a little expensive for what you get and if you start adding some of the extras they add up fast.

I actually cant comment on how they detail a car. What I can share is I left a VM and didnt get a call back. Sent an email and didnt receive a reply. Talked to someone who took my number and never called back. This was over the course of 4 days. Apparently they do not want my $200

The people and the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, the drive through car wash is running on old equipment Im sure because when I left my car had a ton of black scuff marks on it that I had to then buff out. They did OK on the interior of my car.

went there today and got the ultimate wash. the staff are awesome, and it seems well run. the only reason that i did not give 5 stars is that my car did not seem to be fully rinsed, as there were some blue spots still on it when i got home.

Wow! I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car wash before. I got the basic wash with wheel package and they took care of my car like it was their own. Definitely going back there.

The car wash needs cleaning, it smells bad and the blue flaps that clean the top of the car were so old and worn you could see the outline of all the cars that have gone through.

My truck was literally bombed by birds that clearly ate something that did not digest well. Within a few minutes my truck was shining and no residue/chunks were left behind.

Great Car wash, staff are friendly and they wipe down your car after the blow dry. (Tip if you like I do) Because they even do this in the winter time which is awesome.

Put swirl marks in my day old new car. Rotating brushes/cloths are spinning way too fast and beat on the front and sides of the car, leaving marks. I wont return...

I really like this car wash. Only complaint with having a black car I can see the towel swirls after being dried off. Other than that, very friendly service!

Car always comes out cleaner than when it went in. Towel dry by employees as you leave. Somewhat pricey.
