As the owner of a limousine service I cant tell you how important it is to have my vehicles detailed buy the absolute best. And thanks to the great group of guys and gals at Balise car wash in Springfield I keep our companys promise day in and day out. I give Balise car wash my highest of recommendations do yourself a favor go try them out I promise youll be a customer for life. With Tony and Matt leading the charge you are in great hands Beyond the extreme detail they pay to each individual car --customer service for me is Paramount and again they have customer service in abundance. Oftentimes I am under a deadline and over and over again theyve helped me get on the road in time to service my clients and for that they have my sincerest gratitude and again my highest recommendation.

I would highly recommend balise car wash not only is their car wash amazing but I had my car detailed and everything I asked to b done was done beyond my expectations.. the exterior of my car looks like new again. The staff was very informative when I approached them with questions and concerns from my last experience with a detail center and poor results. The manager Mike was very nice and polite he took the time to give me information and Neff who worked on my car worked very hard to make sure I was happy. He does exceptionally good work. Whether you use their free vacs, the car wash or the detail center who wont b disappointed. Thank you to everyone there who made me believe there still is genuine honest hardworking people still out there.

The service at Balise Car Wash in Springfield is absolutely amazing. It is the only place I will bring my car around here nowadays - even if if has me driving a half hour in the opposite direction of my house. Ive been for both basic washes and express detailing and the service cannot be beat. Even for a basic wash, they inspect your car to make sure it is up to their standards. Matt (who may be the manager, Im not sure ?) has looked at my car every single time Ive been there and has even picked up on the tiniest things and had them touch up the car - regardless of whether I spent $11 or $50 that day.

I really like this place. The service is top notch and the monthly pay for unlimited washes deal is a great value. Every once in a while the tire shine applicator is stingy with the tire shine. And during peak hours the vacuums, which are free, are crowded and lose suction power. But I would recommend this car wash to anyone wanting to keep their car(s) looking good all year round.

Excellent car wash place. Had my car detailed and it was done very neatly Interior vacuumed, spotless mirrors, dashboard. Team asked twice thrice if the wash is good and if youre happy with the wash. I had some smudge marks though on one door, might be since i washed detailing done after the external wash. Anyways definitely recommended car wash.

Great car wash. Vacs work well and are free. Everything is clean and well kept. I tried the interior express today...exellent job. Interior was vaacd, all interior glass done, every interior surface was wiped and cleaned, outside was dried and cloth buffed, chrome, front and rear lights were cleaned and dried. One satisfied customer.

First timer, and I have to say, the wash was excellent. Attendant took his time and thoroughly precleaned my entire car including rims and wheel wells. Looked quite a bit better than the wash I typically get from the guys right down the road. Free vacuums available after the wash as well. I think Ill start going here instead.

This car wash has been the best car wash I have gone to in a while, they people are always helpful and even before the car wash they wash down your whole car by hand and its just gets the car very clean. Im very happy with the service here
