Im not in Hyannis often, but had been to do some errands. I had been wanting to get my car washed after some lengthy car trips. Saw Balise Hyannis Car Wash while driving by and turned in. Got my car washed and continued on with my errands. I didnt see the results of the car wash till later and noticed dirt still on the underside of the car. I returned to the Car Wash and spoke to Wander (sorry if misspelled). He was busy with another customer, but he took the time to listen to me, smiled and was very helpful. He asked Jose to look at my car. Jose was also so friendly and helpful and they sent me through the wash again. Jose told me to make sure I stop at the "courtesy towel dry" because that is where they also inspect the car wash. Again, the dirt/mud had not come off. I was returning through the wash, Jose saw me coming and he waved. He was helping someone else, so he asked Tony to help me. Tony explained to me why the dirt may not be coming off. He told me to drive to "Detailing" and hed fix it. Tony sprayed, wiped and buffed and got the tough dirt off my car. All three of these gentlemen where SO friendly, polite, professional and extremely helpful. I now have a reason to go to Hyannis...to get my car washed and detailed! What wonderful service!

I paid for the "premium" package which was supposed to include a wheel wash, undercarriage wash, and rain-X coat on the windshield. To put it simply, none of these services were honored (except for the basic wash itself). The wheels looked more dirty after the "wash" then when I entered, somehow. The undercarriage clearly had not been grazed by one drop of water. I could tell because I ran my finger across the bottom of the frame, and black dust stained my finger-tip. It started raining ten minutes after I pulled out of the carwash and even with the wipers on I couldnt see a thing (the water didnt bead up like its supposed with a rain-X application). This was the first and last time I throw my money away on these guys. Im no carwash expert, but clean is clean and dirty is dirty. Plain and simple.

I cant say enough about this car wash... To name a couple of guys, Tony and Wonderer, they and everyone else Ive dealt with here (Wish I had more names) are wonderful people and they really go the extra step to take care of everything to make sure you are completely satisfied. Ive been here for the full service wash, in/out a few times, a buffing job where they took out the swirls on the paint, and have brought my girlfiends car here for the full service in/out. Everything is taken care of everytime I come here. Not once have I ever walked away unsatified or feeling like I didnt get my monies worth.

In my opinion this is the best carwash on cape reasonable prices nice staff unlimited car washes starting at 40 bucks a month and perhaps the cheapest prices I have seen for detailing, i wana say for 80$ they will detail your car inside and out. this is where all balise dealerships bring their car to be detailed before handing the keys over to the customer. If u do go to get your car wash I recommend going early in the morning or late in the afternoon because it does get really busy in the summer but if not no biggie the line does moves quick.

I had my car washed at the Hyannis location this morning, and was greeted at the wash menu by a bright and cheery young woman, Kenia, who made sure I was all set with my choices before heading in to the wash area. She handed me my receipt, smiled, and wished me a good day. She was positive and sincere, and it was a nice way to start the process. At the other end, Joshua did a thorough and heartfelt job drying the car. I am happy that these two young people have chosen to do their jobs with pride and a positive attitude! Thank you!

I had my car washed at the Hyannis location. I was greeted by a wonderful lady (did not get her name) at the entrance, it was my first time there, she asked me what I was looking for and explained the whole process, then I met William and Mauricio, they did an amazing job, my car looks like new! the manager, was very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back there, even though I have to drive about an hour. You should considered opening in Dartmouth!

I like the fact that Balise Hyannis Car Wash has so many options to choose from. The staff were there to help and explain what they offered as this was my first visit. Wonder was great and made sure everything went well. I have a convertable and wanted to make sure all was safe. What a great job was done on my car. I will be back to keep my care looking great. Thank you all staff and especially Wonder. Keep up the good work.

I went this morning, got the standard 20 dollar wash with rainx , my windows are still dirty and now have spots all over them from the soap used that i just went out and bought my own window cleaner. The body looks alright but still had dirt on spots that i was able to wipe off with my finger. They either need to use better products or switch out there equipment for a better clean. Not pleased.

Did exterior and interior of my truck last Tuesday waited almost two hours paid $78 and Im sorry it wasnt what I was expecting!! Really bad job not really happy about it!! And this is the second time I go there just to give a second chance.. The first time I did a detail and this second time I did the most expensive on the regular washing..! I dont think Im going back !!

I have been going to this carwash since it opened. I live in Wellfleet, 45 minutes away, and will not go anywhere else. The people are fantastic, the manager Tony outstanding. For $59.00 they will do an exceptional interior detailing. They essentially do job that would easily cost over $125.00, and usually in an under an hour. Mark Nossiter

Great car wash BUT..... they jam you in like sardines. PLEASE leave some distance in between cars. Most of us have nice cars and I almost rammed into the car in front of me because they slammed on their brakes ! When hand drying: pleade Dry under the side mirrors. Staff is nice. A hello and a smile goes a long way.

After an 1800 mile trip my car was a disaster, absolutely covered with bugs on the whole front. I got just the basic wash but the pre wash attendants really put in some elbow grease with the pre wash bug remover treatment. I cant believe how great it turned out. Bugs gone and my car is still shiny a week later.

Acceptional car wash, management and employee service. I pass on the towel dry because they are not required to remove all jewelry and that poses a threat of potential scratching of the vehicle. I would still highly recommend them because it is a superior wash and quality service.
