I took my car and paid a full service and waited for over 40 minutes at the end find out that the mats will still had dirt on it and had some kind of black stuff all over my car. I went back and manager told me that I wont understand and he couldnt explain it to me so he says have a good day. RUDE guy. Wont come back

Wont bring my car anywhere else. They take care of me and make me leaving with a mile on my face every time. Always paying attention to little details on the vehicles and that makes the difference between Hampton auto wash and everyone else.

Best car wash in The Hamptons by far. Rich and staff are great to work with and they pay attention to detail. Nice waiting room inside as well as outside seating to watch them finish up the car.

Awesome car wash with friendly and attentive staff. They are also family friendly, with a window so that my daughter can watch the cars go through the wash. I highly recommend.

Good car wash but takes forever. If you dont mind waiting half an hour every time...its fine. No matter how busy they are always takes too long.

Pricey and leisurely...but they do a good, thorough job, if you have 30-40 minutes. They do have a less expensive basic wash which is faster.
