I paid for an Executive wash and basic interior clean. When I saw the car, I was shocked at how dirty it was. I asked one of the workers to please wipe down the dirt that was on the center console, and he did. When I asked him about the other dirty areas, we had a bit of a communication barrier. I drove away, but was really upset, as this was my bosses car and he was taking it with business clients in about 20 minutes. I drove back to the car wash and went inside to express my discontent with the quality of work on the car. The women came outside with me to see the car, she then proceeded to tell me that the popcorn and sand on the floor wasnt included in the vacuum because it wasnt on the mats. I was going to have to pay for a higher package in order to get all the stuff on the floor vacuumed. I asked her about the dirt that was on the seats, outside of the car ect.. I was told that "nothing I can do, you need to pay for a better package". I would never recommend this place, there is not even basic customer service! Save your money, and go somewhere else!

I like this business. They do a great job with washing. However their oil change service only includes motor oil and windshield washer fluid. They will not add any other fluids. They say they check the other fluids but will not fill. That means power steering, automatic transmission fluid, radiator fluid and brake fluid are not included. This severely reduces the quality of service. According to the printout from my "Oil Change"; Air Filter, Battery, Belts, Cabin Filter, PCV, Hoses, Headlights, Power Steering, Radiator Fluid, Tire Pressure, Washer Fluid and Trans Fluid were checked. Of course since they dont have these fluids none were needed. Notice that Brake Fluid is not checked! In my case I know the brake fluid was dangerously low because that is why I had the car serviced. Also not checked are front-end, rear-end and transfer case fluids. They probably do fine with a simple oil change but dont think your cars has been serviced like a mechanic or full service garage.

Theyre pricing is very off for the quality they give. I paid for the "best" wash and the basic interior work. When it was all said and done, my car BARELY looked clean. It looked like someone drizzled soap on it and blasted it off with a hose, leaving the entire rear and the sides of the car almost as dirty as when I brought it in. On top of that, the "interior work" consisted of someone wiping the dash once with a towel, and vacuuming for all of one minute. Floors still dirty, windows still dirty on the inside, and the console/dash still dusty/dirty. Everything listed that I would and should get for my $25 was 1/2 the result, or even less in the case of the interior portion (1/8th). Never going back.

The exterior wash isnt great, and wont get your car clean everywhere. It really should given that its pretty expensive. Its only worth it to go if you are getting the interior cleaned as well. If you just need an exterior wash, Clinton Car Wash one town over cleans much better and costs less. The owner is very friendly and has given me some great tips on car care in the past.

I paid for interior express clean and the dash hadnt been touched. I called the owner and he offered no apology, simply hanging up on me. I was one of two customers there at the time, so no excuse. I will never return. Terrible customer service.

Dinos did a full detail of my truck which was covered in mud today. Awesome job for $200 - half the price others wanted to charge me. Dropped the truck off at 8am and it was done by noon. Frank the manager was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Ive had my car detailed several times there in the past few years. For a full detail, they are very reasonably priced. Theyve also tightened up their managment team so I strongly recommend them as a place for a carwash, oil change or detail.

Paid for an oil change, come to find out they put the old oil filter back on. SHAME,SHAME,SHAME. If you didnt have the correct filter ,just be honest. The car has been leaking ever since,Dont get scammed,Warning.

What I love about Dinos, is they are so customer friendly and for a small town, this car wash is big, beautiful and everyone there is so nice. Oh yeh, my car gets spanking clean...feel good!

The worst in the area. Car was wet but not clean. Paid for best service interior and exterior and got a barely cleaned car. Another customer was complaining right when I walked in.
