All I wanted was a simple "cut split ends" haircut. I got charged 25.00 after the girl (knowingly) handed me a tiny black towel from behind the hair washing station. Even upon my picking it up, I could smell the rank mildew stench radiating off it. Not wanting to be my typical self, I kept it to myself and put the disgusting thing on my head to towel off my hair (my hands smelled of mildew even after I left). I sat in the chair. She did her thing, and when I got up, the cut looked no different from when she started. She meekly told me $25.00 at the counter, and left, so that the other girl had to complete the purchase. I left a $2.00 tip for the "Hair-Messer", why, I dont know. I left. I drove down the street and purchased an all too watery coffee from Dunkin, trying to let the Secrets issue go, but I couldnt. It was all too unfair of a situation for me to just dump over the bridge, and so I told the girl who completed the purchase of Hairmessers treatment. She too, having no empathy, only meekly said, "Im sorry". She did not offer me even a partial credit, and I did not ask. Obviously, this is still bothering me. Why do I set myself up for disappointment? This was my first and last visit.

I have been going to Secrets Salon and Day Spa for over a year at this point. I am fairly particular about my hair. Not once have I fest unhappy. Diana always does an amazing job, takes her time and is extremely personable. Not only that, the rest of the staff is extremely attentive. Lauren is one of the best, ensuring I never forget an appointment and provides a warm and inviting experience every time. I would highly recommend if you havent, go there. Afterwards, you wont go anywhere else!

Amazing hair cuts! The onky thing better than the haircut I receive there...is the people who work there. Professional, up to date on styles, great recommendations, curtious, kind, friendly and they treat you like family. I would and have recommended Secrets for a great hair cut and even better conversation. I would like to say that they are the best kept Secret" in town...but I dont think thats the case anymore... Enjoy your time there... $$ well spent. Regards.

Great salon, great prices. I have been going here for years and am never disappointed. I go to Diana for cuts, colors and pedicures. I love her talent, creativity, and personality. I would never consider going anywhere else for my salon services! All of the girls working there have been working there for ever and it gives the salon a family like atmosphere. You get a personalized experience in a chic atmosphere at a great value.

Love Secrets! Been going to Anna for 2 years now for all my highlights and color needs. SO GLAD to have finally found Secrets. Always happy with the cut and color, plus the prices are great and the atmosphere is too. The entire staff is friendly and fun and definately has a "we all like working here" kind of vibe. My hubby and 2 and 3 year old also go there. Something for everyone.

Secrets is a wonderful salon that offers upscale services at great prices. The staff members are personable and they know exactly what theyre doing. The space was just remodeled and looks great. There is a very genuine feel to this place and its not at all pretentious, which makes for a fantastic salon experience. My mom and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I justed moved in to the neighbor and wanted to find a local place to get a haircut. I called and they gave me Diane Rivera I could not have been any happier with her service.
