I wish I could give it 0 stars. I have curly hair and asked my hair to be cut dry and straight because I primarily wear my hair that way. Judy insisted on cutting my hair wet. I told her that I wanted as little as possible cut off, maximum an inch. She insisted and persisted to cut 2+ inches. I repeatedly asked her if the cut she was doing was going to look fine when my hair was dry and straight and she told me yes repeatedly. I went home, dried and straightened my hair to find a horror of a haircut. First of all, my hair length was cut diagonally meaning one sight was a lot shorter and one side was a lot longer. She added and shortened the layers I had without blending and so it looked like I had a shelf or wig of hair on top of my head. My entire head of hair was inconsistently cut varying in which side was longer or shorter. Judy was having a very inappropriate and unprofessional conversation with another stylist throughout my haircut. She was barely paying attention to me while she was cutting my hair. She was talking loudly about inappropriate things and when I wanted to speak or ask her a question I felt like I was interrupting and annoying her. When I tried walking into the salon Judy yelled, "THAT DOOR IS NOT AN EXIT!" As if I was trying to leave through the wrong door or steal something. When checking in she was asking me for information such as my phone number and when I would start to tell her she would speak in a harsh tone and say, "IM NOT READY YET!" Not sure why she was asking if she wasnt ready yet.

I chose this salon because the later hours suited my schedule. I was very happy with the color and cut I received from Erin. Finally someone that understood what I wanted! Be sure to make an appointment, Erin was working solo and had to turn away quite a few walk-ins. Hopefully salon management can fix this.

I was low on cash and REALLY needed to get my hair cut. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an awesome cut from a wal mart salon. I have gotten 5 cuts here now and I have yet to be let down!

Asked for a cut, shoulder length, cut it waaaay too short, even after explaining i jave curly hair. Very disappointed
