I asked for a pair of pants to be tailored and five business days after they were supposed to be ready for pickup the pants were not in the store. The girl working the register gave me a run around about why the pants were not in the store. Finally after requesting several times to speak with the manager, the manager Kristin told me the pants were either given to someone else or misplaced. After verbally agreeing to reimburse me the cost of tailoring and also the pants, if they could not be located, I was later notified they had found the pants. One week later I came to pick up the pants and Kristin told me I would only be reimbursed for dry cleaning but not tailoring, since the work was in fact "done"---this all after having been two full business weeks late for getting the pants and wasting my time in commuting back and forth, they still nickle-and-dimed me instead of apologizing for their incompetence. This place is poor in communication, arrogant in manner, and swindles the customers money despite their pathetic attempt at dry cleaning.

They messed up my Armani Collezioni shirt ($300+ shirt). I went five or six times back and forth because they said they would fix it, and there was a problem with it each time. Eventually, I just got so fed up, I just gave up. They didnt apologize, or even offer me any compensations. I dont even want to list all the problems because it makes me mad thinking about the experience. I will just say that that shirt wasnt the only time I had a problem. I had several shirts that had to be re-cleaned. I am strongly against this place. Maybe you can do your cheap shirts, but do NOT trust anything valuable with this place. I would give no star if I could
