Update - 4 months later and theyve been consistently great (using them weekly), and very reliable w getting them done on time. Strongly recommend. *** These dry cleaners are more expensive than others as other reviewers have noted and can take a bit longer, but–at least for business shirts–the quality is excellent. I first tried Executive Cleaners; they are much cheaper but continually broke shirt buttons and didnt consistently repair them, even when Id noted this e.g. 3 times (they eventually did in all cases though). They were also often ironed but not that well and crumpled easily afterwards. In one instance a shirt also came back with new marks on it. With JJ the shirts are always crisper than they were at Executive and buttons etc. and so far (about 4 weeks worth of shirts) are never broken. We havent tried alterations there yet. As noted, it is more expensive (i.e., maybe 30% more) but if youre after having things done properly it is worth it.

I dropped my dress there and when I went to pick it up, it literally wasnt cleaned. She didnt even say sorry and I had to convince her to not charge me... Then she took the hanger as a protest so I couldnt hang it up on the way home. AWFUL service.

Have taken several pants and skirts to be hemmed & cleaned here and had a great experience. The service is excellent and prices are not outrageous. Coming from NYC Ive been pleasantly surprised.
