Went there for years but then they destroyed the buttons on one of my suits. I asked them to replace the buttons they broke in the dry cleaning process but they blamed me for the broken buttons! The nerve! Especially to treat a long-time customer that way. But no more. I now go to Topnotch on the south side of Cheshire and am quite happy. Plus they have an onsite tailor with whom to discuss repairs. Not sure what the privileged is to go to JennyKs but customer satisfaction is not a priority at this small laundry chain. Good luck if they mutilate your clothing!

I brought a blouse in that Id owned for a while. It had been dry cleaned elsewhere a number of times. This time, at Jenney K cleaners, it came back with no snaps (a first). When I complained, they refused to even admit that they had done anything wrong AND accused me, in front of my 6 year old daughter, that I was lying. I was furious. Not so much about the blouse, but for being treated so shabbily. This is NO WAY to do business and I will never go there again.
