Ive only dealt with these guys 3 times, and Ive finally had enough. Their prices are too high, but they are next door to my gym so I was still willing to use them. They always take way too long. They say it will take a week sometimes. Most recently I asked if it was possible for them to do something overnight, they said yes, but I had to come right down. I left work early to get there and called twice more to confirm they could in fact accommodate me. When I arrived, they told me they werent going to be turning on the machines that clean the next day, so Im SOL. This place sucks.

I have to say the service here is excellent. Everytime I come in they know who I am. I love that I can drop my bag and not have to wait. Rosa is an excellent employee and always so happy as are the other girls.
