Chris, the manager, was really helpful and explained everything front to back. Our dryer went out and we needed a quick fix; this place is perfect and its a nice step up from your typical laundromat. A nice experience.

It is hit or miss on how helpful the attendant might be to you. I had a great woman help me the second time I was there but that was awhile ago. She left to run the TopKat in Lakewood rd.
