Our family has used Bella Flora for years when it comes to needing flowers. So, when I wanted to get some flowers for my mothers birthday, I gave Bella Flora a call (since Im now halfway across the country.) Its hard not being able to see the bouquet before you buy it, but I just told them that I needed a nice birthday bouquet. Since Ive gone to them before, I told them that I trusted them with the rest. I know they delivered ontime because my mother was going totally ecstatic in a picture message about the flowers right after they were delivered. Shes had the bouquet less than 24 hours, and Ive already gotten numerous other pictures of the arrangement sent to my phone. And shes picky about her flower arrangements, too. Thanks to Bella Flora for making it easy and for doing a great job with the flowers. And thanks for going the extra mile with the budget that I gave you guys. You guys are amazing, seriously.

I ordered a corsage with my daughter for her prom. For it being her special day, we went above and beyond and spent over fourty dollars on just her corsage. Expecting that it would be beautiful, the money wasnt an issue. Upon picking it up, the corsage was about 8 inches long on a styrofoam board material. What 16 year old wants to wear an 8 in long styrofoam board covered in green on prom!? Not only was the piece bulky and ugly, they did not even give me the correct number of flowers! (I paid for 8 and got 6) I did complain and they said they would fix it, the new piece may have been smaller but just as ugly. I am not a picky, I work in a field where the customer comes first and this was just not an appropriate way to treat a customer willing to spend so much money. Now, my other daughter is getting married and I will absolutely NOT choose this florist, I reccomend you dont either!

Mary was creative, personable and fantastic. Her pricing was extremely competitive, she was very flexible and knowledgeable. The flowers were beautiful. My only issue, and it got to be a big one, is that the flowers in my bouquet did not stay in. Everyone elses were perfect but the tubes she put into the green block keep falling out. I didnt bang it around, etc. I didnt pick it up until we left the house and then it was put down in the limo and not touched- but before I even walked down the aisle roses and picasso lilies were dropping fast. We stuck them back in and was very careful during the ceremony and it went ok (no more falling out) but it was scary for a bit. I would still highly recommend her and just mention the issue because she was really great to work with, pretty flowers and her pricing killed the competition.

I just had my wedding, and the flowers Mary delivered were AWESOME. She stuck to my budget, and gave me some great ideas... My favorite was my bouquet. I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted, but she took my ideas and made them into something beautiful! My bridesmaid also loved their bouquets of hot pink gerberas - they popped so perfectly with their navy dresses, it was everything I was looking for! Mary also made navy tulle bows with sashes between for the ceremony aisle chairs - they came out great, too! The bouttonnieres and corsages were beautiful - my family loved wearing them.

I have to post a comment because everyone should know that Mary is the most creative, compassionate florist I have ever worked with. She recently did my mothers funeral arrangements. After spending 1 hour with us, not only were they more outstanding than what we had discussed, they were bright, fresh and most affordable. I have used her for special occasions, birthday and prom for my children and goddaughter so I guess I should not have been surprised with the 6 elegant funeral arrangements. Mary, my family and I are very grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I have had numerous occasions to both give and receive flowers from Bella Flora. I have never been disappointed. The flowers are fresh (they lasted far beyond expectation). The arrangements are outstanding and the prices were more than competitive. If you enter the shop look for the plaques on the wall. Four are in recognition as the Best Florist in Rocky Hill. Ive been told that she has won again for 2014 ( Thats 5 years in a row as "Best Florist" - I couldnt agree more.) Overall = 5 thumbs up !

Bella Flora did the most incredible work for our wedding on 5/1/2015. The bouquets were spectacular, the flowers stayed fresh for over a week! The centerpieces were very romantic and absolutely stunning and they created the most romantic ambiance with the candle light. Bella Flora has the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced and I was so happy to be able to work well within my budget. Marys expertise, vision and creatively make her stand out from the rest-a true artist!

Im a 25 year old guy that knows nothing about flowers, while having a very picky girlfriend. I went in looking for a piece for my girlfriends new home. Mary spent a lot of time helping me pick out the perfect flowers, and built the most perfect piece ive ever seen! Not only did she make my life much easier, but my girlfriend loved it! I rarely write reviews but I promised myself that I would do this one. I contacted Mary about a month to my wedding and she was able to do some amazing floral arrangements for my entire wedding. I am so grateful for her time and service because she literally saved me over $4K from my original florist and did an amazing job at it. I would recommend her over and over again and will use her services in the future for sure!!!
