I am having my wedding at Locke Falls Farm, Sheena comes with the venue. I pay for her to be included, so I went with her with my ideas. Im having my tables custom made and really needed the mismatched chairs that she had available. I was so excited. We sat down and talked about my needs and she then provided us an invoice. I was CLEAR on saying that I did not want a tent, why pay for a barn venue just to have a tent? But on our invoice sure enough there was a tent listed and for $715 not including the tent walls and heater she tacked on as well which made it over $1000 for the tent alone. She fixed it and sent us a new invoice. The new invoice no longer included the tent but was absurdly expensive with delivery fees that werent on the previous invoice. This caused a red flag to go up but I still pressed on really wanting to use her chairs for my big day! I sent her lighting ideas and didnt hear back, I waited then contacted her again. Come to find out lighting would cost $525 and she had booked the chairs that I so desperately was looking forward too. Sheena is a nice lady, but her lack of communication made it so I could not put a deposit down on the chairs. Being in the wedding business myself, I clearly know that she is money hungry and tacks on unnecessary fees. If her services are included with the venue, why would I pay travel and service fees. My wedding date should also be first priority since they are partnered together. Luckily for me I found a lovely company in Boston that will be providing chairs and lighting for my wedding. Their travel fee is less than half of Sheenas and the distance is MUCH further for them to travel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sheena at Showcase events was amazing! I ordered 25 white chairs as well as 3 birch slabs. Delivery was on time as well as pick up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental. Very friendly and accommodating. Communication is great! Thanks for helping me during my special day! Thank you!!!

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered our chairs months in advance only to be told 2 days before the wedding they couldnt be delivered. And then the owner proceeded to blame us for the lack of attention to details. Horrible customer service
