I have been there a few times for a trim . so last I went in for a hair cut. showed a style(PICTURE) that I like .. well I walked out with a totally different cut . Told her NOT to cut it to short. I wanted a long layered funky bob.. I got short layered hair cut with BANGS!!!!! never wanted BANGS!! This cut resembles nothing of wanted. I just got the YEAH YEAH!!!! IM DEVASTATED that I have to walk around with UGLY hair cut. That is WAY shorter then I WANTED or asked for. They need to go back to hair STYLING school. and the place is DIRTY. NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN , not even for my daughter. I wish I could get my money back. THEY SUCK!!!!!!

I neglected to make an appointment for a much needed haircut. I found myself on Monday, with a need to get a trim before Tuesday. I made my appt, asking for someone who was comfortable w my hairtype and length. Got to Cost cutters and I found a clean spacious environment. My haircut is choppy and unexceptable and if the technician was cutting quickly enough to believe she was in some kind of a race, although there was no one waiting for a cut. Not only dissapointed, but am trying to find someone to clean up the mess today before anyone else sees me. Learning experience.

Hours state they are open till 8 pm and the sign says open on the door . So i went there around 630 pm and the girls are cleaning up and say they are closed just so they dont have to work . Go figure

quick, inexpensive, great for kids cuts ... my son gets a barber cut (usually #3), my daughter a bob ... neither one is in tears when we leave, so I file that squarely in the WIN column.
